Bought big cream, supposed to get free Essence
So, eh, I decided to try ordering from Tatcha for the first time because they had a promotion going on, but man, did they disappoint me. I was supposed to receive a free 75ml Essence with my order, but it was missing from the package when it arrived. And to make matters worse, there weren't any free samples included, just the pricey face cream. I tried sending them an email, but didn't get any response. Their chatbot was useless, and they didn't even answer when I tried calling them. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers.

They said the item was "brand new & deadstock," but when I got it, the tag inside was barely hanging on. And to top it off, the original off-white product bag was missing, they just threw the pants in a plastic bag from the company and sent it in a brown box. I tried reaching out to customer service but got no response at all. Paying $300 for some pants and getting them in such bad shape was just not cool. I won't be buying from them again.
