So I was trying to order with this promo code that was supposed to give me a discount, right? But, like, it totally didn't work! I even sent them a screenshot and they still didn't give me the Christmas promo deal that I was supposed to get! Can you believe that?

Work boots and hiking boots purchase
I recently bought work boots and hiking boots from this company, but the experience was not good at all. The tracking number they gave me didn't match my address, so my boots got lost. I tried reaching out to them a few times, but they never got back to me. It's disappointing and not cool that they didn't keep in touch. I'm hoping to get a refund via PayPal, but this whole thing has been really frustrating and inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this company to others to avoid the same problems.

Monthly Payment Issue
I just bought this thing that I gotta make monthly payments on. At the start, I was all pumped to get it and couldn't wait for it to arrive. But then, I started having problems with making the payments. Even though the website said they'd take out the whole amount each month, they didn't. When I finally got in touch with customer service, they told me not to worry and that they'd start taking the full amount out. But that never happened, and I kept having issues with my payments.

I bought some clothes online for my little cousin and used the size chart to pick the right size. But when I washed them, they shrunk! I called customer service, but they couldn't really do anything except give me a discount code for my next purchase.

I just had a small problem with my order and Teresa G. helped me out. She was so quick and efficient in fixing things. I really appreciate the great service she gave me. It would be awesome if all customer advisors were like Teresa G. 😉

Bought big cream, supposed to get free Essence
So, eh, I decided to try ordering from Tatcha for the first time because they had a promotion going on, but man, did they disappoint me. I was supposed to receive a free 75ml Essence with my order, but it was missing from the package when it arrived. And to make matters worse, there weren't any free samples included, just the pricey face cream. I tried sending them an email, but didn't get any response. Their chatbot was useless, and they didn't even answer when I tried calling them. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers.

Ordered 6 items, only got 3
So, I ordered a bunch of new clothes from this store, ya know? But when the package showed up, half of my stuff was missing! What's that all about? The box wasn't even messed up, the person who packed it just forgot some of my clothes. And get this, they won't give me a refund! They're all like, "It's for privacy reasons", like what's that even supposed to mean? I used to really enjoy shopping here, but after this disaster, I'm done with them.

I really enjoy this place because it's a local, family-owned business. It's super important to me to support small businesses. The staff there is really friendly and quick to assist you. And it's great that you can pick up your checks right at their location. I've been there multiple times and every time the quality of their checks is excellent, top-notch.

Delayed processing and lack of communication
My order got stuck in processing for three weeks, eh? It was pretty frustrating, let me tell you. I reached out to customer service twice to get a shipping update, but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing not being able to find out what was going on with my order. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. They didn't bother to let me know or give me any options, they just left my order hanging. On the bright side, once I did get a hold of someone, the service was quick and friendly. That's why I decided to give them a better rating.

Clothing purchase - Easy return process
I just bought some clothes and had to return one of them. The return was super easy and I liked that they're trying to use less plastic in their packaging. I usually don't like shopping at online stores, but Princess Polly's simple return policy has me coming back for more.
