Dewy skin cream
I've been a loyal customer for two years now and just ordered the dewy skin cream. When it arrived, I was surprised to find the box empty. I was pretty bummed out about it because I've always counted on this brand for good stuff. So, I reached out to customer service and was a bit shocked when they wanted a photo of the empty box. Come on, seriously? Isn't my word as a loyal customer good enough? I was hoping for better from a company I've been backing for so long.
Booster car seats
So, I bought two booster car seats from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, they charged me $112, which seemed like a lot, and then it took forever for the package to show up. And when it finally did, guess what? They sent me 2 car seat covers instead of the booster seats I actually ordered! I tried calling the number on their website, but it was fake. I emailed them multiple times, but got zero response. I had to go to my bank and get a refund. It's just really sad to see a company trying to scam people like this, especially when it comes to the safety of my kids. Overall, major letdown.
Gift card order declined
I just put in an order on the website with a gift card, but I messed up entering my card info so the order got declined. Even though I owned up to my goof, the customer service has been nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out by email and social media, but no one got back to me. Now my gift card is at $0, and I feel really irritated and ripped off.
Expensive skincare products
I recently bought some skincare products from this company and I gotta say, the customer service was just not up to par. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but never heard back. On top of that, I had problems with the shipping fees and a promo code that turned out to be a dud. Plus, the prices on the site were in a different currency than what I ended up paying. All in all, I was pretty let down by the service from this company, eh.
Face product purchase
I recently ordered this face product that I've been using for over a year, and let me tell you, when it arrived, I was so bummed. It smelled like chemicals, had this weird chunky texture, and worst of all, it made my face burn! It was pretty clear that something was off with the product, and I was super disappointed to get something so defective. I thought the company would have better quality control, especially for what they charge for their stuff.
Water cream purchase
My recent purchase of the water cream was not great. When it arrived, I could tell right away that something was off because the package felt super light. Then, when I opened it, I was so surprised to see that the box was empty! I was pretty disappointed and frustrated because it was obvious that there was a mistake during shipping. Not only was there no product in the box, but there wasn't even an apology for the error. Luckily, the customer service team did send me a replacement after I reached out to them. Despite that, this whole situation has definitely made me think twice about buying from this company in the future.
Frustrating customer service experience
I tried reaching out to the customer service team a bunch of times by phone and email, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's pretty irritating to be ignored like this. I used to buy stuff from this brand at a store, but now I'm thinking of quitting if they don't sort this out.
High-quality skincare products
The skincare products from this company are really great quality and actually work. They might be a bit pricier, but trust me, they're worth it. I've got sensitive skin and their cleansers and makeup have been awesome for me. I do wish there were some cheaper options though, 'cause the fancy packaging does add to the cost. Maybe they could look into more affordable packaging to make these products available to more people. But overall, I'm happy with how well these products work and I'll keep using them.
Two items returned for refund
I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer service from this company, eh. Returned two items and been waiting over a month for my refund, I have. They said they got the items and promised a quick refund, but it's been another month and still no refund in sight, eh. Reached out through messaging and email, but no response, eh. And to top it off, one of the products caused a bad breakout, like seriously bad, eh. This whole experience has been super frustrating and disappointing, eh.
Skincare products
If you have any patience at all, get ready for a really slow delivery. It was a painful three weeks before I finally got my hands on my purchase. And on top of that, the apology discount code they gave me was either useless or expired. Way to drop the ball, guys. You've officially lost me as a customer.
Two moisturizers and a face wash
I just wanted to share what happened to me recently with this company. I ordered two moisturizers and a face wash, but only got the moisturizers. So, I reached out to customer service about the missing item. They asked for proof and didn't seem very eager to fix the mistake. It's just so annoying dealing with a company that won't own up to their mistakes. Long story short, I won't be ordering from them again. I just can't deal with their unreliable service.
Lucky Bags promotion
Just the other day, I decided to finally get serious about my skincare routine. So, I thought, why not kick things off with your company's lucky bags promo? Sure, I had to drop a hefty $200 on just 2 products (yikes, that price tag!), but the idea of getting a mystery bag worth over $200 seemed like a steal. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when UPS lost my package. And let's not even get started on how painfully slow the shipping from CA to NJ was. I tried reaching out to your team via email, since that seems to be the only way to get in touch nowadays, but I got nowhere. The responses I did get were all over the place and totally unhelpful, leaving me feeling pretty annoyed. It's been weeks now since I placed my order, and I still don't have a resolution in sight. Your lack of customer service is totally not cool, and it's left a bad taste in my mouth about your brand. For anyone out there looking for affordable skincare that actually works, I'd recommend checking out Glow Recipe or Peach and Lily instead.
Bought big cream, supposed to get free Essence
So, eh, I decided to try ordering from Tatcha for the first time because they had a promotion going on, but man, did they disappoint me. I was supposed to receive a free 75ml Essence with my order, but it was missing from the package when it arrived. And to make matters worse, there weren't any free samples included, just the pricey face cream. I tried sending them an email, but didn't get any response. Their chatbot was useless, and they didn't even answer when I tried calling them. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers.
Damaged package resolved promptly
I already wrote a not-so-great review about my time dealing with the company, but I wanted to give an update after getting top-notch help from a lady named Ashley. At first, I got a package that was totally wrecked and couldn't get through to customer service for help. Luckily, I reached out to Ashley by email and she quickly got back to me, fixing the problem by sending out a new package the next day. I'm really happy with the service I got.
Difficulty placing order
Geez, trying to place an order on their website was a total nightmare. A few days ago, I tried to buy something but ran into all sorts of problems. First off, I couldn't get the code needed for checkout, even though the website said it was an automatic thing. I sent an email asking for help, and today I finally got a response, but it didn't even address my checkout problem. I asked for a phone number, called them up, got a new password, and tried to checkout again. And guess what? The "review order" button wouldn't even work. After another call to customer service, I managed to place my order over the phone, and they said they sent me a confirmation email. Strangely enough, I never got that confirmation, even after checking my spam folder like they told me to. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them and cancel my order, but then they called me back just to confirm the cancellation and hung up on me right after. Can you believe it? This company really needs to get it together, for real.
Overcharged; lack of communication
I was so surprised when I saw that they took out over a hundred bucks more from my bank account than what was on my receipt. I quickly shot them an email to sort it out, but all I got back was a robot reply almost a month ago and nothing since. Can't get a hold of them through chat or phone, and I'm stuck not being able to fix this mistake. This whole thing has been a total nightmare and I won't be shopping there ever again.
Various skincare products
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the skincare stuff I got from this store. They've got a wide variety that covers all kinds of skin issues, which is great for someone like me who loves skincare. Not only do the products work well, but they also make my skincare routine feel like a fancy spa day every time. Ever since I started using them, my skin has been looking so much better. And can we talk about how beautiful the packaging is? It adds a touch of luxury to my skincare collection. As an older customer, I can say that these products have really helped improve the look and health of my aging skin. They've given me a new confidence at 65, and that's priceless.
Over £200 purchase for Lucky 24 free gift
Free gift
Hey there! So I absolutely adore Tatcha products, right? I splurged on over £200 worth of stuff, but I was pretty bummed to find out there was no Lucky bag included. I was really hoping to share some minis with my friends, you know? I really hope this isn't some sneaky tactic to get us to buy more. It's got me second-guessing introducing my friends to this brand now.Ordered £100 worth of stuff for the lucky dip
I spent $100 on stuff just to get a free lucky dip bag. When my order came, it was so light. I opened it up, and all there was inside was tissue paper and a thank you card. I couldn't believe it! When I contacted them, they weren't very nice at first. They sent another order but didn't include the free bag. I reached out again, and they said they were out of stock. They sent me two Camellia cleansing oils and a travel-size rice polish to make it right. It turned out okay in the end, but I don't think I'll buy from them again.
Large order, expected free lucky bag
I ordered a bunch of stuff hoping to get that cool free lucky bag, but I got my package and it wasn't in there. I looked at my receipt again and it was definitely supposed to be included. I was so annoyed and disappointed, so I tried to contact customer service right away, but they were closed until Monday. I'm not going to just let this go - if I don't get this sorted out properly and quickly, I'll take more serious action. Check back on Monday, I'll let you know what happens.

Eyebrow pencil, concealer, lip
I just have to say, I ordered some makeup stuff online and it was seriously so easy. I got my stuff the very next day and with free shipping, too! The packaging was super pretty... Read onBy: A. Botsford
