    Signature sheet set

    I ordered the signature sheet set because I heard it was one of the best sateen sheet options. But I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. The sheets didn't live up to what I was expecting at all. Even though the top sheet and fitted sheet were a good size for my thick mattress, they're not soft and don't have that smooth sateen finish. And even after drying them on low heat like the company suggests, they still come out all wrinkled and not looking nice on my bed. I'm just not happy with this buy and won't be buying from this brand again.

    Water filtration purchase

    I just bought a water filtration system and I have to say, I am really impressed with how reliable the brand is. Nowadays, it's hard to find a company that really believes in their product with research and happy customers to prove it. LARQ's filtration and UV-sanitation methods are excellent, and I feel reassured knowing my family is drinking safe, clean water. Their new bottles that filter, sanitize, and even track health info are really groundbreaking and make them stand out. I value their focus on quality and am excited to see what they do next.

    Lighted LED Strip

    I am really upset about the Lighted LED Strip I bought from this company. It was not a good experience with their customer service and the items were damaged because they were packaged poorly. When I contacted them about this problem, they only offered a small refund and didn't mention anything about replacing the damaged items. It's disappointing how little they seem to care about their customers. I suggest others steer clear of buying from this company.

    One-year membership with a variety of classes and educational resources

    I just finished up a one-year membership with this online platform, and I gotta say, it was kinda hit or miss. The classes and educational stuff they had was pretty good - lots of variety and top-notch quality. I really liked the different topics they covered and the teachers knew their stuff. But man, the admin team really messed things up. They charged me for another year, even though I could cancel, and when I asked for a refund, they flat out said no. It's shady stuff like that that really ticks me off and makes me feel let down.

    Expensive skincare products

    I recently bought some skincare products from this company and I gotta say, the customer service was just not up to par. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but never heard back. On top of that, I had problems with the shipping fees and a promo code that turned out to be a dud. Plus, the prices on the site were in a different currency than what I ended up paying. All in all, I was pretty let down by the service from this company, eh.

    Cancelled subscription, no refund

    I was really looking forward to trying out that service, but it ended up being a huge letdown. I ended up cancelling my subscription within just 4 hours because it wasn't what I was hoping for. They said I'd get a refund in 7 days, but that never happened. I tried to challenge the charge with my credit card company, but they weren't helpful at all. When I called customer service, I was stuck on hold for a whopping three hours before I finally gave up in frustration. Those people are the absolute worst - they're dishonest, thieves, and clearly don't give a darn about their customers.

    So, usually I'm really happy with what I get, but this one time I got the wrong bra. I let them know and they made a huge deal out of it instead of just fixing the mistake. They made me send back the wrong bra and then told me I had to sign up for this VIP thing to get any kind of compensation. All I wanted was the right bra! Now I have to do all this extra stuff because they messed up. Not cool.

    I've been with this company for more than ten years now, eh? But let me tell you, trying to update my phone number in my account was a total nightmare, eh? The customer service was just terrible and super frustrating, making me wish I'd never signed up in the first place, eh? I think I'm gonna have to start looking elsewhere for my future purchases, 'cause I don't wanna deal with that hassle again, eh? It's really disappointing to see a company I used to trust fall so low in my books, eh? I'd rate them zero stars if I could, that's how bad my experience was, eh?
