    double charged, refunded on a gift card

    Wow, that was a real surprise! I was so surprised when I found out I was charged double for the same thing, and then one of the charges ended up on a gift card without my say-so. Dealing with their customer service was a total nightmare - the reps just kept giving me the runaround with those generic responses. I really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and not taking my concerns seriously. It's really disappointing to see a company stoop to such sneaky practices.

    Prime membership experience

    After being a Prime member for 3 years, I've noticed a change in how Amazon Canada deals with customers compared to Amazon USA. It seems like they're more focused on making promises instead of putting customer satisfaction first. When problems come up, they're just brushed off as system errors, which makes us feel like they don't really care. This new way of doing things doesn't seem right for a big company like Amazon, so I'm thinking about looking at other options that value customer satisfaction more.

    Parcel delivery issue

    I'm so frustrated with the awful customer service and lack of responsibility from this company. My package has been stuck at Amazon's warehouse in Edmonton since April 26th, and even after three failed delivery attempts, I still don't have it. Customer Service won't refund me for the missing item, and that's just not right. I feel like Amazon is stealing from me, and I'm so mad at their incompetence. They want me to wait for an investigation and 10 business days to find out what happened, but that's unacceptable. This kind of service is just not okay, and I won't put up with it.

    Mufflers and resonators order

    Oh, man, I'm really cheesed off! I ordered some mufflers and resonators from Amazon, and they took a full 10 months to even show up! I gave them a shout 7 months back to see what was going on with my order, and the person on the other end straight up fibbed to me, saying they'd be restocking real soon. Surprise, surprise, it never happened! Now I can't even finish up my project, and I gotta dish out more cash to snag the parts elsewhere. And on top of that, they're not letting me share my experience on their dumb website! What a pain in the neck!

    So, I ordered some things from this website, eh? It took forever for them to even list it for sale. And then, they moved some of my stuff to another warehouse which made me wait even longer, not cool for my business, buddy. Plus, if someone messes up a product and returns it, they get a refund right away. Shouldn't suppliers be treated better, eh?

    Hey, so I ordered these sheets online, eh? And oh man, they ended up being total fakes! Spent way too much time on the phone with a bunch of Amazon folks trying to sort it out, but no luck. They kept promising to fix it, but no refund yet! Crazy, right? I even went ahead and cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription, like see ya later scammy website!

    Two undelivered items

    I ordered two things from Amazon and I was really disappointed when they never showed up. They said the stuff couldn't be delivered and that I'd get my money back, but I never did. It's annoying to have to wait for a refund when it wasn't my fault. This whole thing has made me feel disappointed and now I don't trust Amazon for shopping anymore. I spend a lot on there and I thought they would take care of problems better than this.

    I had a problem with my delivery recently, and I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with the service. The driver said they couldn't find my house, but really, it's not hard to locate. They should take responsibility and not be so lazy. This whole situation has really made me lose trust in the company. The customer service reps I talked to just kept saying sorry without actually doing anything to fix the issue. It's frustrating that they can't address real customer concerns and make changes. Because of this, I've decided to cancel my Prime Membership since it doesn't seem to offer any real benefits.

I waited all day and it wasn't until 10pm that I found out it hadn't even been sent out yet. Then they changed the delivery date to a whole week later! It was really frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, I kept getting charged for Prime even after I tried to cancel it. I had to remove my card from Amazon to stop the charges. These experiences have made me less confident in Amazon's delivery promises and their customer service.

    I just bought a new laptop off of Amazon and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. Ordering it was easy peasy and it arrived right on time. The only hiccup was the seller not getting back to me when I had questions, but the customer reviews really helped me out before I made my final decision to buy.

    I've been with this company for more than ten years now, eh? But let me tell you, trying to update my phone number in my account was a total nightmare, eh? The customer service was just terrible and super frustrating, making me wish I'd never signed up in the first place, eh? I think I'm gonna have to start looking elsewhere for my future purchases, 'cause I don't wanna deal with that hassle again, eh? It's really disappointing to see a company I used to trust fall so low in my books, eh? I'd rate them zero stars if I could, that's how bad my experience was, eh?
