Gift card issue
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, eh, but my recent experience with them has been a total nightmare. I'm in Canada, and I have a $100 gift card and over 900 points on my account, but they've stopped shipping to Canada and won't transfer my gift card, eh. I've tried contacting them for help, but they're not willing to assist me at all. This lack of customer service has left me feeling frustrated and let down, eh. I suggest others shop elsewhere for their needs, eh.

I just bought some N95 medical masks, gloves, and thermometers from this company and I gotta say, I was really happy with how good the stuff was. The masks fit nicely and felt snug, the gloves were tough but comfy, and the thermometers were spot-on with their readings. Ordering was easy peasy, and I liked that there were different ways to pay. Online purchase
I recently ordered something online and had a bit of a rough time with the delivery. They told me it would arrive on a certain day, but it never showed up. I waited all day and it wasn't until 10pm that I found out it hadn't even been sent out yet. Then they changed the delivery date to a whole week later! It was really frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, I kept getting charged for Prime even after I tried to cancel it. I had to remove my card from Amazon to stop the charges. These experiences have made me less confident in Amazon's delivery promises and their customer service.

First time user of the dog walking service
I just tried the dog walking service for the first time and had a really good experience with the walker. She was awesome with my dog and I would totally hire her again. But, I was pretty surprised to find out there were extra charges on top of the price they showed. The app didn't mention anything about these costs, and it ended up costing me a lot more than I expected.
