This store seriously has the worst underwear designs I've ever seen. Like, they're so unflattering and made of seriously old-fashioned materials. It's like wearing your grandma's old net curtains on your bum. They honestly look like they were made for dusty drag queens back in the 80s. Seriously, where are all the new and modern ideas for underwear? We need some sexy underwear options, not just tacky ones!

I've been a loyal customer of this company for years, eh, but my recent experience with them has been a total nightmare. I'm in Canada, and I have a $100 gift card and over 900 points on my account, but they've stopped shipping to Canada and won't transfer my gift card, eh. I've tried contacting them for help, but they're not willing to assist me at all. This lack of customer service has left me feeling frustrated and let down, eh.
