I needed someone to watch my dog last minute in a different city, and in less than a day, I had three great choices to think about. It was hard to decide which one was the best because all of them seemed so amazing. The person I ended up going with did an incredible job looking after my furry buddy on such short notice. They not only took great care of my pup, but they also put my mind at ease by being dependable and trustworthy. Using the service was a really great experience, and I felt like I definitely got more than what I paid for.

I was so amazed by the service we got from the caregiver at this place. Beth was so knowledgeable, confident, and caring with our pet. She had a backyard with a fence, which was just perfect for Cupid since he loves the outdoors. Beth even sent us pictures and videos of Cupid while we were at our son's wedding, making us feel so much better knowing he was in good hands. Cupid settled in quickly and seemed to have a great time playing with the other dogs and relaxing. When we got back, Cupid was happy to see us but sad to leave Beth and his new friends. Beth treated him like he was her own pet, and we couldn't have asked for better care. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Booking is okay but kind of annoying. You can't book visits on different days without a gap, and you can't tip more than 30%. I think they should change these rules to be more flexible and show better appreciation for good service.

On our recent trip to Yosemite National Park, we ran into a major problem with trying to reach our pet-sitter. The WiFi in the park was basically non-existent, but surprisingly, our cell phone service was pretty good. So when we tried to call our Pet-sitter, we couldn't get through because her phone number needed internet to work. This caused a few days of not being able to talk to our sitter, and unfortunately, one of our pets got hurt during this time without us knowing until we got back home. Thankfully, our pet is all good now, but this whole situation could have been avoided if Rover gave us a contact number that didn't need WiFi to connect.

Hey, so Heather was amazing with my cat Fluffy. She spent a lot of time petting and brushing him. Fluffy loved it and was super affectionate towards Heather. She even took pictures and sent me updates. Fluffy looked really happy in the pictures, it was so heartwarming.
