Almost gave up, but it worked out…sorta
Communicationthere was back-and-forth and a slow bit, but in the end they fast-tracked a portion and gave me a credit so I could actually secure another sitter the next day. I’m relieved more than thrilled — still annoyed about the hassle and the lost time off work, but grateful it didn’t turn into a total disaster. Will I trust them blindly next time? No. But if something goes sideways again, at least they did respond.

Communicationprompt messages, occasional photos while we were away, all the basic things you want when you’re trusting someone with older animals.

CommunicationSo, I've never used this service before but my folks suggested giving it a shot while we were on vacation. Our pet sitter was super nice and took great care of our furry friend. They even sent us pics every day to assure us that everything was going well! It was such a relief knowing our buddy was safe and content while we were away.

CommunicationOn our recent trip to Yosemite National Park, we ran into a major problem with trying to reach our pet-sitter. The WiFi in the park was basically non-existent, but surprisingly, our cell phone service was pretty good. So when we tried to call our Pet-sitter, we couldn't get through because her phone number needed internet to work. This caused a few days of not being able to talk to our sitter, and unfortunately, one of our pets got hurt during this time without us knowing until we got back home. Thankfully, our pet is all good now, but this whole situation could have been avoided if Rover gave us a contact number that didn't need WiFi to connect.
