Throttle subscription box purchase
Hey there, I just wanted to share about my experience with the Throttle subscription box I got for my boy as a Christmas present. I paid $157.00 for a 3-month subscription, but only got one box. I tried contacting the seller and Cratejoy but my issue hasn't been solved. They sent me an email saying they know the boxes are missing, but then closed the ticket without doing anything. The seller hasn't been answering my messages, and I'm really not happy with how this whole thing turned out. I'd advise others to be careful with this subscription because it seems like it might not be legit.
Subscription order from Cratejoy
I just signed up for a subscription box service on Cratejoy, eh? But boy, did I run into some trouble with the delivery and the customer service, eh? Supposed to get boxes for 2 months, but it ended up taking over 5 months for me to get them all, eh? When I tried to get help from Cratejoy, they just told me to talk to the seller, but the seller never got back to me, eh? So, I asked for a refund from Cratejoy, but they only gave me money back for 3 months, not the full amount, eh? When I asked them about the missing boxes, they weren't much help and said I should take it up with my bank, eh? I even complained to the BBB, but no response from Cratejoy, eh? Gotta say, wasn't impressed with Cratejoy at all, seemed like they didn't care much about their sellers or making sure customers were happy, eh?
Subscription box for children
The subscription box for kids that I got from this site was amazing! The service was quick and I got updates on my order right on time. The stuff in the box was so cool, it kept my kid busy for hours. I was really happy with the quality of the products and how the box looked overall. Ordering was easy and stress-free, which is great for busy parents like me.
Unresolved seller account impersonation issue
I just found out that someone made a seller account using my name without asking me first, and fake transactions were done with my email address. I've tried to fix this problem, but I can't get a hold of Cratejoy's customer service for help. This lack of support is making it hard for me to deal with the situation properly. I'm really frustrated with how Cratejoy has been handling this matter as a customer. I'll keep trying all possible options to sort this out.
Subscription box purchase
I came across this website and thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm really happy I did! There are so many different subscription boxes to choose from, it's kinda crazy, but in a good way. Subscription box quarterly charging issue
So, I had this awful experience with a subscription box service on Cratejoy. I thought I was signing up for a monthly box but ended up getting charged every 3 months, instead of quarterly like I thought. And then, they charged me twice in a row for a 3-month subscription. They did give me a refund for the second charge, but they said they refunded the other charge for the extra month as well, and I never got it. To make matters worse, the program shut down, and I never got back the money they said they refunded but didn't. It's really disappointing how they weren't transparent or accountable. I would suggest avoiding Cratejoy if you're thinking about signing up for a subscription service, especially if it lasts longer than a month. Their customer service wasn't helpful at all, and I couldn't escalate the issue, which made everything even more frustrating and disappointing.

I just got my teenage nephew a cooking subscription box as a gift because he loves cooking and wants to get better at it. The box is filled with really nice stuff that matches his interest in cooking. The recipes are simple enough for him to follow, great for someone who is just starting out. I just got this painting subscription as a gift, eh, and it hasn't been going too well, to be honest. Every month, there's always some problem with the delivery or the tutorials they send.
