Cratejoy - Reviews and experiences

I just signed up for a subscription box service on Cratejoy, eh? But boy, did I run into some trouble with the delivery and the customer service, eh? Supposed to get boxes for 2 months, but it ended up taking over 5 months for me to get them all, eh? When I tried to get help from Cratejoy, they just told me to talk to the seller, but the seller never got back to me, eh? So, I asked for a refund from Cratejoy, but they only gave me money back for 3 months, not the full amount, eh? When I asked them about the missing boxes, they weren't much help and said I should take it up with my bank, eh? I even complained to the BBB, but no response from Cratejoy, eh? Gotta say, wasn't impressed with Cratejoy at all, seemed like they didn't care much about their sellers or making sure customers were happy, eh?

I came across this website and thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm really happy I did! There are so many different subscription boxes to choose from, it's kinda crazy, but in a good way. After some browsing, I finally picked one and placed my order, and it's been awesome. The customer service was great, and my box arrived right when they said it would. The price was fair for the cool stuff I got. All in all, I'm super happy with my time on Cratejoy.

I bought a digital gift card from this site not too long ago, but I never got it like I was supposed to. I tried contacting customer service for help, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's frustrating to not hear anything from them, especially for just a digital gift card.

So, I was super excited to get this book subscription for my daughter, but it turned out to be a total letdown. I got billed for it and then got an email saying the shipment was coming, but when I checked the tracking number, no shipment was found. And to make things worse, the seller wasn't even on Cratejoy anymore. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat and email multiple times, but didn't get any replies. Finally, when I decided to cancel, they told me I wouldn't get a refund and would still have to wait until the end of the subscription year to stop getting books, even though I hadn't received any in the first place.

I just got this painting subscription as a gift, eh, and it hasn't been going too well, to be honest. Every month, there's always some problem with the delivery or the tutorials they send. The first month, I had to contact their customer service to figure out how to access the tutorial for my stamped tote bag project. The project was alright, but it wasn't really what I was hoping for in a painting subscription, you know?
