Cratejoy - Reviews and experiences

So, I had this awful experience with a subscription box service on Cratejoy. I thought I was signing up for a monthly box but ended up getting charged every 3 months, instead of quarterly like I thought. And then, they charged me twice in a row for a 3-month subscription. They did give me a refund for the second charge, but they said they refunded the other charge for the extra month as well, and I never got it. To make matters worse, the program shut down, and I never got back the money they said they refunded but didn't. It's really disappointing how they weren't transparent or accountable. I would suggest avoiding Cratejoy if you're thinking about signing up for a subscription service, especially if it lasts longer than a month. Their customer service wasn't helpful at all, and I couldn't escalate the issue, which made everything even more frustrating and disappointing.

I was pretty disappointed with the subscription box I got because they weren't upfront about their fees and payments. The customer service wasn't much help when I tried to talk about my concerns, and they were pretty bad at communicating with the sellers. It was just a subpar experience all around for everyone involved.
