Problem resolution
I had a problem with something I bought at the store. I emailed customer service, and they totally got it and fixed everything way better than I thought they would. It only took about a week to sort it all out, and I'm super happy with how it turned out. Thanks for being awesome at customer service!
Purchased lingerie
I went to this store the other day with my partner to buy some lingerie, and I gotta say, it was a great experience. This young employee named Paris helped us out, answering all our questions with a smile and knowing so much about the stuff they had. She made us feel at ease and gave us all the info we needed to pick the right things. The whole shopping trip was just perfect, and I will for sure be coming back to see her again for my next buys.
Racy lingerie set
Although I was a bit unsure about buying lingerie online, I decided to take a chance and ordered a sexy lingerie set from this store. However, I was really let down by the poor customer service when I had a problem with my Nectar points being taken away for no good reason. I tried contacting the brand for help, but got no reply, which made me feel annoyed and disappointed. So, I just ended up getting rid of the product and promised myself never to buy from them again. It's too bad that a company that sells such personal items didn't even bother to offer decent customer service.
Lingerie shopping at the store in Whyteleafe
My time at the store in Whyteleafe was amazing. The staff there knew a lot about the products and they were really caring and kind to my daughter, who has epilepsy. When she had a seizure in the shop, they were fast to help and make sure she was safe and comfortable. I was really moved by their understanding and support during such a tough moment. They also helped me find the right lingerie and made sure I was okay while looking after my daughter. Their exceptional service was even better than I expected, and I appreciate how kind and professional they were. I'll definitely keep coming back to this store for all my lingerie needs.
underwear
This store seriously has the worst underwear designs I've ever seen. Like, they're so unflattering and made of seriously old-fashioned materials. It's like wearing your grandma's old net curtains on your bum. They honestly look like they were made for dusty drag queens back in the 80s. Seriously, where are all the new and modern ideas for underwear? We need some sexy underwear options, not just tacky ones!
Vibrant toy disappointment
Yeah, so the stuff they have at this store is pretty awesome, but I've been let down by the toys lately. They break down and start making all sorts of annoying noises after just one time using them. I even tried swapping out the batteries, but the problems won't go away. It's super annoying when the toys start changing settings or speed by themselves.
sexy lingerie set
I just went to the store the other day and the service I got from one of the staff was top-notch. She knew her stuff and helped me pick out a cute lingerie set that I fell in love with. The quality of the stuff I bought was way better than I expected, especially for how much I paid. The only downside was that there was a bit of a line at the register, but it was totally worth it for the awesome deals I scored.
New lingerie, bra fitting
I went to get some lingerie and I wanted to know about bra fittings. Amy at the store was so helpful and nice, she took the time to make sure I got the right size. Now my lingerie fits perfectly and it's super comfy. I'll definitely go back for more. Big thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful!

I just bought a lingerie set from this store and had a great experience with their customer service. I had to return one item from my order, and their returns team made it super easy. I was able to return the item and get a refund quickly. Overall, I was happy with the service from this store.
Vibrator
The vibrator I got was top-notch, eh. I was really impressed with how it looked and how well it worked. It gave me the pleasure I was after, you know what I mean? But then, my cat thought it was a toy and started messing around with it. It was pretty funny, eh. But even with that hiccup, the vibrator worked like a charm and I was happy with how everything turned out.
New suction toy
My friend got this new suction toy and I just had to get it too! I tried it out and oh my goodness, it was so much fun. It's like a surefire squirting kit, I swear! I even told my sister and neighbor to try it, and they were really excited. Let's all share our thoughts and have a blast with this toy, ladies!
Nova 2 upgrade
I recently went to the store to upgrade my Rabbit and ended up buying the Nova 2. This product totally exceeded all my expectations! But the best part of my shopping trip was the amazing customer service from Harriet. She knew so much about the products, was super polite, professional, and friendly. Harriet took the time to explain all the options and guided me through the choices, which made the whole thing easy and fun. Thanks a lot, Harriet, for being such a great customer service superstar!
Bikini purchase
I went to the store in Telford the other day and got amazing service from a blonde lady with glasses. She was so helpful in helping me find the perfect size bikini, and she really went the extra mile to make sure I had a great shopping experience. I really appreciated her help and it made my visit so much better. I definitely recommend this store for their awesome customer service.
Swimwear, bra, and underwear
I love shopping at this store because they have such a great selection of items. Whether I'm looking for swimwear, bras, or underwear, I always find something I like. The best part is, if I ever need to return something, it's so easy with their free Royal Mail collection service. It takes all the stress out of returning items. Ann Summers has definitely become my favorite place to shop for swimwear, bras, and underwear. Plus, they always have awesome deals on their website that make shopping even better. The staff in the store are super friendly and helpful, which makes each shopping trip enjoyable.
Lingerie purchase gone wrong
I am totally let down by the customer service at this store. I got some lingerie that didn't fit well, and when I tried to bring it back, it was a total nightmare. The returns process was a joke, and there was no way to talk to an actual person for assistance. It's like they grab your cash and then vanish when you need them. Be careful, particularly if you use Paypal - it's a pain to get your money back.

Suspenders, Stockings
I went to the store with my buddy and we found some really cool underwear. My friend scored a belt on sale and the guy working there helped me pick out the right size. I also grabbed some stockings and the other worker helped me with sizing. They provided great service and were really friendly!

So, I went to the store the other day and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Maia, one of the workers, was super helpful and helped me find the right lingerie size and style. They had a ton of beautiful stuff to choose from, I ended up buying some for £89. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and I would definitely suggest it to anyone else.

Eh, my trip to the store was awesome, ya know! The folks workin' there were super helpful in helpin' me find the right bras, and they had a great selection of undies and swimwear. I really appreciated bein' able to order online and pick up in-store, real handy. The bras I got are comfy, cute, and didn't break the bank, what more could ya ask for, eh?
