I am totally let down by the customer service at this store. I got some lingerie that didn't fit well, and when I tried to bring it back, it was a total nightmare. The returns process was a joke, and there was no way to talk to an actual person for assistance. It's like they grab your cash and then vanish when you need them. Be careful, particularly if you use Paypal - it's a pain to get your money back.
