CommunicationAlthough I was a bit unsure about buying lingerie online, I decided to take a chance and ordered a sexy lingerie set from this store. However, I was really let down by the poor customer service when I had a problem with my Nectar points being taken away for no good reason. I tried contacting the brand for help, but got no reply, which made me feel annoyed and disappointed. So, I just ended up getting rid of the product and promised myself never to buy from them again. It's too bad that a company that sells such personal items didn't even bother to offer decent customer service.
