WordPress plugin
I am so disappointed with this WordPress plugin I bought. The customer support is terrible, and it doesn't even work right on my website. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Honestly, save yourself the headache and find something else.
Website Security Services
I got some spam email on August 1st, 2020 saying my website got hacked. So I looked into it, turns out it was all just a trick to make me pay for their services. Don't trust this company, they don't take responsibility and just hide behind emails and websites. Stay away from them!
Customer service, software
I checked out this place and, like, some of the services were alright, but if you want the top software and excellent customer service, you should probably check out somewhere else. It's decent, but there are definitely better options available.
Backup plugin gold version
So I picked up the gold version of this backup plugin, and it's not too shabby. It does the job, but you need to play around with some settings to get it perfect. Just be careful, it could really bog down your site.<br><br>And let me tell you about the support - not the greatest. I had an issue, and they kinda just handed it back to me. Then, while I was on vacation, they closed the problem without even fixing it. Now I have to spend more time opening a new request. And they even removed some features in the new version, so I had to spend a whole morning figuring out what changed. Seriously, just trust your customers!
BackupBuddy subscription flaws
My experience with BackupBuddy has been really frustrating because it keeps having lots of bugs that make my backup files useless. Plus, trying to set up the S3 remote backup feature is super annoying because the instructions are old and don't match how AWS works now. I even reached out to support, but they weren't helpful at all and just told me to pay for more support.
WordPress plugin purchase
I bought this WordPress plugin and it totally messed up my dashboard, eh. So, I had to shut it down right away. I reached out for help multiple times, but got no response at all, eh. I mean, seriously?? Can someone please lend me a hand here? It's not cool to just ignore customers, you know? I'm really upset that I had to deal with this whole situation. It just wasn't worth the trouble, man.
Plugin purchase disaster
I messed up big time by adding a security plugin to my WordPress site, thinking it would keep my site safe. Turns out, it messed everything up and made me lose all my data. It was a total disaster trying to fix everything and get my site working again. I really recommend against using this plugin, it ruined my online presence completely. I am so annoyed with how things turned out and wish I never relied on this plugin in the first place.
Restrict content pro upgrade request
I've been using the Restrict Content Pro plugin for a while now and it's always worked really well for me. But ever since it got taken over by iThemes, the customer service has gone downhill. I tried reaching out for an upgrade recently but haven't heard back from the support team at all. It's pretty frustrating to see this lack of care for customers, especially considering how long I've been using the plugin.

This plugin has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. No matter how many times I tried to set it up right, it always ended up locking me out of my own website. It caused me a ton of headaches and wasted so much of my time. I gave it so many chances, hoping it would eventually work properly, but it never did. I would highly recommend that others stay away from this plugin, as it's completely useless.
AIOS purchase
I was so mad when the support team wouldn't help me with my credit card issues, but ever since I switched to AIOS, everything has been smooth sailing. Glad I made the switch!
Gold version of backup plugin
I recently bought the gold version of a backup plugin and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The website made it sound like it would be super easy to set up, but it was the total opposite for me. I've been doing web development for almost 20 years now, so I know my way around, but this plugin gave me trouble on all three of my WordPress sites. I reached out to customer service for help, but even then, I couldn't get it to work. In the end, I had to give up and switch to a different plugin that actually worked without any issues. And to make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they turned me down. So yeah, needless to say, I won't be coming back as a customer.
