CommunicationI bought this WordPress plugin and it totally messed up my dashboard, eh. So, I had to shut it down right away. I reached out for help multiple times, but got no response at all, eh. I mean, seriously?? Can someone please lend me a hand here? It's not cool to just ignore customers, you know? I'm really upset that I had to deal with this whole situation. It just wasn't worth the trouble, man.

CommunicationI've been using the Restrict Content Pro plugin for a while now and it's always worked really well for me. But ever since it got taken over by iThemes, the customer service has gone downhill. I tried reaching out for an upgrade recently but haven't heard back from the support team at all. It's pretty frustrating to see this lack of care for customers, especially considering how long I've been using the plugin.
