I recently had a really bad experience with the website security service I signed up for. For three whole years, I never got to talk to a real, live person and when I needed help, I'd have to wait forever, like 1 to 5 days, to get a reply. It was super frustrating to deal with different people who didn't really know how to fix things quickly. So, because of the poor communication and bad support, I decided to just cancel my subscription. To top it off, my account got blocked right away without even telling me or confirming that my info had been transferred like I asked. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this service because the customer care and professionalism are seriously lacking.

I can't believe how unprofessional and incompetent this security service is. When I asked for help with malware on my website, they not only crashed my site twice without warning, but they also wasted my time and money. It's obvious they have no clue what they're doing since they couldn't meet their own deadline of fixing the issue in 6 hours, and it ended up taking them 4 weeks with no results. This service is a total joke and a huge waste of time.
Renewal Service
My experience with this company was just awful. I was trying to renew my service, but they made it so hard and it seemed like they were trying to force me to pay more. It felt like I was dealing with a scam, and they didn't offer any help. I would definitely suggest staying away from this company if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration.

I had a problem with malware on my website, but Sucuri Security was able to fix it quickly and set up protection to prevent it from happening again in the future. It was definitely worth the price for the peace of mind it gave me.
Firewall protection
I jus' bought some firewall protection fer my website, eh? But man, was I disappointed with Sucuri. I was havin' problems left 'n right - server timeouts, error codes, ya name it. The customer service folks didn't have a clue 'bout what was goin' on, 'n their service was on par with one o' those big domain companies. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from 'em again, eh.

So I signed up for this amazing plan yesterday, all hopeful that my website would finally be safe from those nasty hackers. Can you believe it? It's been a full day and nothing has happened yet! They promised to have it fixed in 4 to 12 hours, but my site is still a disaster. And what's with all the issues logging in? I gave them the correct information, but they still won't let me access my account! And let's not even talk about how long it takes for them to respond to my messages. It's so frustrating, such a waste of time.

This website looks like it's protecting sketchy sites like Emotet and Mirai. It's got me thinking, are they low-key helping governments of countries with sanctions by shielding these sites that spread botnets and scams? It's pretty worrisome and risky.

My experience with the service was really good. It was way easier than I thought it would be. I did run into a problem with SSL, but the online support team, Josh in particular, quickly got James Z involved. I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively James Z fixed the issue. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received.

This website scanning service is really fishy! They scan your site and then say harmless code is risky just to make you fork over cash to get it removed from the blacklist. It's like they're strong-arming website owners into paying up. Something should definitely be done about this shady business!

I recently bought some malware protection services from a company to keep my websites safe. But, I was really let down by their service. Even though there was malware on my site for a whole week, their scanner didn't catch it. So, I had to look for help elsewhere and luckily MalCare was able to find and fix the problem quickly. When I asked for a refund because their services didn't work, they said no citing their 30-day refund policy. I ended up spending a lot of money on three websites for nothing, which was really disappointing given how ineffective their service was.

Oh man, I had the worst experience trying to get help with my website from this guy Steven H. He was no help at all, just kept giving me canned responses and didn't even bother listening to what I was saying. So frustrating, seriously the worst customer service ever.
