My experience with this company was just awful. I was trying to renew my service, but they made it so hard and it seemed like they were trying to force me to pay more. I recently bought a laptop from the outlet and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how good it is! Picking out my laptop and making it just the way I wanted was easy peasy.
