    Laptop with screen scratch and broken hinge

    I got this laptop from the outlet and it was all good until the hinge broke, eh! I mean, there was a scratch on the screen but it didn't even matter 'cause the laptop still worked fine. So I sent it in to get fixed and they said no because of the dumb scratch. Like, seriously, eh? The scratch had nothing to do with the hinge breaking! Dell just wants money and doesn't care about us customers, eh. So not cool, man.

    Refurbished laptop

    This company is a complete disaster, eh! I bought a refurbished laptop and it crapped out on me only days later, don't you know. The technician they sent couldn't fix er up, so I had to wait for weeks to send her back. And to top 'er off, they didn't even fix er up right, eh! Then when I asked for a new one, they tried to blame me, can you believe it? I had to get a lawyer involved just to get all my money back. This whole ordeal left me feeling so frustrated and let down by their terrible customer service, eh.

The outlet had a bunch of different options to choose from which was great. When the laptop arrived it was in perfect condition and has been faster and more efficient than I expected. I haven't had any problems with it at all, so I definitely think it was worth the money. If you're looking for a reliable laptop, I would totally recommend checking out the outlet.

    So, I got this Alienware laptop from Dell Outlet, and honestly, it was a huge mistake. The thing would get so hot, even with just simple stuff, and the fans were crazy loud. When I tried to return it, it was a nightmare. The whole process was a mess, and I ended up sending it to the wrong place by accident. I called customer service so many times, but I never got my laptop back or a refund. Dell's customer service is just terrible, there's no clear plan for situations like mine. It's pretty embarrassing for such a big company to drop the ball like this. I really suggest looking at other tech brands with better support before buying anything from Dell.

    Laptop repair service

    The management at the repair depot is just terrible. The way customer service reps and repair techs don't communicate is really bad. I paid for a 5-7 day repair for my laptop, but it's been 8 days and still no update. Even after many calls and emails, Dell can't explain the delay. The confusion about my laptop's warranty and repair is making me even more frustrated. It's not cool that nobody at Dell can say why my laptop is still stuck, especially when I need it for work. Dell's repair center being so inefficient has really made me mad at the company.

    OMG, I can't believe I didn't check out the reviews before splurging on my laptop. It's been a year now and it's just been one headache after another. I've had to ship it off for repairs twice already and that dang mouse pad keeps glitching every couple of seconds.     Laptops these days are so pricey and not even that great! I got one, and the touchpad broke, had to buy a bunch of chargers, screen keeps blinking, and the battery dies so fast. Honestly, Dell is overrated and definitely not worth the big bucks for such crappy quality.

    My experience with the customer support at Dell Outlet was pretty disappointing, ya know?     My experience with the Inspiron 15 laptop was a letdown. When I first tried to set it up, I had trouble connecting to the internet.     Laptop service with Pro Service support warranty

    I had a problem with my laptop where it kept shutting down on its own. I tried all the tips I found online, but nothing worked. So, I called customer service, and I was really impressed by how quickly they got back to me. It turns out I needed a new motherboard, so they sent a technician to my place to install it. That fixed the shutdown issue, but then some of the keys stopped working. The technician came back right away with a new keyboard and fixed it by adjusting the ribbon cable. The service was really good and quick, and now my laptop is working like new.

    Laptop purchase regrets

    I totally regret buying a laptop online without even checking it out in person first. It ended up being the worst laptop I've ever owned, hands down. The hinges literally fell apart after just 6 months, making me feel like I was using a flimsy piece of paper instead of a laptop. And don't even get me started on the sound system - who in their right mind puts the speaker on the bottom of a laptop? Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this brand to save yourself some cash and a whole lot of frustration.

    My computer is running fine, eh, but the customer service is just terrible, you know? So, I phoned to renew my monthly supportassist tool because my free trial was up and I couldn't figure out how to do it online. The fella on the phone wouldn't stop trying to sell me a multi-year subscription when I told him I was just looking for monthly. Finally, he agreed but it felt like he wasn't too happy about it. Now, my credit card expired, and I'm pretty much fed up with their lousy service, eh.

The laptop I got was really flimsy and not well made, which was a major letdown. Praveen Kumar from customer service was no help at all, he didn't give me the support I was looking for.
