It's pretty disappointing to see their customer service not taking responsibility, eh. I think a good customer service team should be able to fix problems like this right away, eh.

LilySilk has some really nice stuff that's definitely worth waiting for. I did get the wrong item once, but their customer service team was super fast in fixing the problem. I really like the quality of their products and how helpful their customer service is.

I bought a USB charger and it works really well, but I wasn't too pleased with the sneaky extra charges they tried to add on. They wanted me to pay almost a dollar extra just to ensure delivery, and even asked for tips! Seriously, are they trying to act like fancy restaurant servers or something? Not cool at all, man.

I totally regret buying a laptop online without even checking it out in person first. It ended up being the worst laptop I've ever owned, hands down. The hinges literally fell apart after just 6 months, making me feel like I was using a flimsy piece of paper instead of a laptop. And don't even get me started on the sound system - who in their right mind puts the speaker on the bottom of a laptop?
