    Sweater purchases

    So, in the winter of 2017, I decided to update my wardrobe and ended up buying 23 sweaters from this place. I went to the store to try a few on and ended up buying two different sizes because their sizes were all over the place. Then I ordered 5 more online and they came in no time. Impressed by the quality and selection, I ordered 7 more and got them quickly too. In the spring of 2018, I ordered 2 more lighter sweaters and they arrived fast as well. The only hiccup was a button falling off after the second wash, but other than that, the stuff has held up great. Overall, I'm happy with my buys and would totally shop there again.

    I don't get why people are bashing this store. My recent online shopping trip went really well. I got a couple of dress shirts and a nice button down sweater on sale, and they arrived faster than I expected. The quality is pretty decent, especially considering how much I paid. I probably wouldn't drop big bucks on their regular-priced stuff or order a suit online, but they have lots of sales and a good variety. And even if the shirts don't hold up forever, I won't be too upset because I got them on sale. All in all, I'm happy with my experience.

Benjamin T helped me out and he was great - super helpful and knew all about the products. He took his time to explain everything to me and made sure I was happy with my purchase.     After spendin' a good chunk o' time checkin' out the website and pickin' out stuff t' buy, I ran int'a a real annoying problem when I tried t' finish my order. The website all of a sudden told me it couldn't take my payment, even though there was a charge waitin' on my PayPal account. That got me all mixed up and let down 'cause I already put in the work t' pick out what I wanted to get.

    Custom suit purchase

    I just got a custom suit and let me tell you, it's been a total let down. I went in for the final fitting and found out there were a bunch of mistakes with the alterations. They forgot to put in the suspender buttons like I asked, the coat sleeves weren't altered, and the trousers break was all wrong. The person working there didn't even realize the errors and thought I was there for the first fitting. It's been a total mess and now I have to go back for another 80-mile trip hoping they finally fix it. And to top it off, they suggested I only button one button on the coat to make it fit properly. Can you believe the lack of attention to detail?

    Suit, tie, and dress shoes

    I used to love this store, but now I think they're awful! They were always great for me and my buddies, but now they just cancel orders and don't even pay attention to you. I waited forever for them to pick up the phone, but they never did. Terrible customer service equals me not shopping there anymore.

    Wedding suit purchase

    I've been wearing a suit every day for years now, and when my daughter's wedding was coming up, I wanted to get a new suit that matched her colors. After looking at a bunch of options, I finally chose one from a big store. The alterations ended up costing a lot more than I expected, which was a bummer, but I still decided to go through with it. But when I got the suit back after the alterations, it didn't fit right and needed more adjusting. The whole process of getting it fixed again was really annoying and took up a lot of time, causing delays and mix-ups. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from that store again.

    Three dress shirts ordered

    I just bought three dress shirts online, eh. I double-checked the sizes and details before I placed the order, but then I got an email with the wrong size for one of the shirts, eh. So I sent an email right away to fix the mistake, but I never heard back from them, eh. The next morning, I decided to call their customer service number. The person I talked to said the order was already on its way to be shipped, eh. I asked her to fix the size mistake, but she said she couldn't do it, eh. It's pretty disappointing to see their customer service not taking responsibility, eh. I think a good customer service team should be able to fix problems like this right away, eh.

    So, I found some really cool clothes and was thinking I was good to go. But then, I received an email saying they cancelled my order, just like that! What's the deal with that, eh? No explanation, no apology, no discount for next time. It's pretty disappointing, man.

    Grey jacket

    The stuff they sell at this store is so disappointing. I got a grey jacket back in September, and within a month, it was starting to get all pilled up and had loose threads. And it's not just the jacket - every single thing I've bought in the last 5 years falls apart super quick. Shirt cuffs unravel, buttons pop off, and socks get holes after just a few wears. It's really sad to see how the quality has gone downhill compared to how the store used to be. I used to be a regular customer when it was nearby, but now I wouldn't bother going out of my way to shop there again.

    So, I bought a pair of shoes online last week when they were on sale, and guess what? Two days later, I got a message saying my order was canceled. I was so mad! How can they charge me for something they didn't even have? When I contacted them, they told me they ran out of stock after I placed my order. Can you believe it? They didn't even apologize, and they wouldn't even give me another pair of shoes instead. They admitted they messed up, but they didn't seem to care about how inconvenient it was for me. It's unbelievable how they can have such terrible customer service and not take responsibility. I'm definitely not shopping with them again.
