    Pants too small

    I bought these pants from a store and they don't fit me at all. I did everything I was supposed to in order to return them, but now they're stuck at some UPS place and I'm not getting any help. I've been trying to contact someone for TWO weeks and still nothing. It's really frustrating and all I want is my money back!

    Hey folks, just wanted to give you a heads up about this online store - steer clear! It's a total scam. I almost got scammed out of over $100 for a product that never arrived. Waited weeks, no updates or tracking info, had to get my bank involved to get my money back. These scammers are the worst, taking advantage of people just trying to buy something. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from this shady website.

    Hefty cancellation fee

    I recently had to cancel my subscription because money's been tight, and I couldn't believe they hit me with a big cancellation fee.     The shoes I bought are so ugly and they don't even fit properly. The customer service is terrible, they won't even let me return them in-store like their website claims! I have to pay to ship them back, what a rip off, eh!

    Makeup brushes order.

    I used to really like the makeup brushes from this company, but after what happened recently, I won't be ordering from them again. My order was supposedly delivered and signed for by FedEx, but I was home and didn't receive anything. The FedEx tracking said it was delivered to a different address. I tried to get the company to file a claim with FedEx, but only they could do it. I also reported the missing package, but nothing happened. Finally, I had to open a PayPal dispute and they told me to turn it into a claim. Sadly, I lost the dispute and $107. It's been a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

    Steel water bottle

    I recently bought a steel water bottle from your company and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. The package didn't show up when it was supposed to, which was a huge pain 'cause I really needed it right away. Even though I was promised it would come on time, I got a last-minute message saying there were problems at the warehouse and it wouldn't ship 'til Monday, even though I ordered it well in advance. And when I asked for a refund since I never got the item, I was told it wasn't an option. So now, I'm stuck with no bottle and no money. And to top it off, when I called to ask about the situation, the person I spoke to accused me of stealing the bottle! The customer service I got was totally unacceptable, and now I'm feeling super frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

    Swim trunks

    I bought some swim trunks from this place not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The tracking number they gave me was all wrong, so I had no idea where my order was. I tried reaching out for assistance but no one even bothered to get back to me. Finally, after 17 long days, I received an email saying I would get a refund, but they were only refunding the cost of the items, not the shipping. And the kicker is, I wasn't even sure if my order had been shipped out yet! What a joke. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
