Running shoes
I ordered a pair of running shoes on February 25th. Got an email saying they were shipped and should arrive by March 2nd. But now, they're saying it's gonna be March 6th. I paid £13 for shipping and the shoes still haven't shown up. Pretty bummed about the mix-up and the lack of updates.
Skate shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of skate shoes from this company, and let me tell you, their customer service is just awful. I was so excited when I placed my order, but as the days went by, my shoes were nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out to them multiple times via email to check on my order, but never heard back. It's really frustrating to be in the dark like this, especially when you're just eager to get your new shoes. This has been my worst online shopping experience ever, and I'm definitely not giving them my business again.
Overpriced and poorly made clothing
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from this store. The prices were way too high for the quality of the products I got. And the clothes I bought looked like something I could have made in my own garage. Plus, there was no branding on the labels which was a big letdown. It seems like they're trying to hide the fact that their products aren't great. And on top of that, it looks like they only want to display positive reviews by deleting any negative feedback on their website. Can't trust a company like this anymore.
