I can't believe how incompetent and unprofessional this company is. I ordered something on April 4th, and despite all the emails and promises, I still haven't gotten my stuff. It's ridiculous how they can't even handle a basic order. Customer service was no help either – just giving me empty promises. Don't bother with this company, it'll just give you a headache.

I bought these sweatpants and a t-shirt, thinking they were gonna be great, but it was a total rip-off! I mean, they said it was from this big shot company, but then they disappeared on me once I made my order. Good thing I checked my bank account, otherwise I wouldn't have caught on to their little trick.

My time with the monthly diaper and wipe subscription from this company has been great. The products are top-notch, and I love how they are delivered to my door every month. But what really impressed me was the amazing customer service. When I had to send back some diapers because my kiddo needed a bigger size, the customer service team was quick, helpful, and went the extra mile to help me out. Their commitment to making sure customers are happy has turned me into a loyal fan of this company.

I recently bought something from this company and I gotta say, it was not a great experience. So I ordered a bunch of stuff, but it never showed up even though the tracking said it was delivered. I reached out to the company to ask what was up with my missing package, and the answer they gave me was pretty disappointing. They basically said it was my problem to deal with the shipping company and didn't offer any help to sort things out. I tried filing a claim with the shipping company like they said, but I was told that Honest Company had to handle it. When I told Honest Company about this, they said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. I didn't get a refund or my stuff, and I was left super disappointed with their service.

So I bought a train ticket online, but then I had to change the date of my travel. They wanted to charge me more to change the date than what the ticket cost in the first place! Like seriously, why does it cost $10 just to change the date when I already paid for the ticket? Such a rip-off, I tell you.

I just bought some cloth diapers from this company and I wanted to give you the lowdown on my experience. But guess what? They emailed me saying my review didn't cut it according to their rules, so they couldn't post it. I thought it was kinda funny because all I wanted to do was share my honest thoughts on the product. Even though I hit a roadblock there, I'm still gonna stick with this company because I like that they take their reviews seriously and keep up a certain standard.

I had such a great time shopping there, eh! I was able to use a discount I had and snag some really cool products, eh. The whole experience was amazing - from checking out the website to placing my order, eh. I was beyond happy with all the stuff I got and the quality was top-notch. Honestly, I would definitely recommend it to all my buddies, eh!

I gotta admit, the product wasn't as terrible as people were saying. But man, their communication seriously needs work. It was such a hassle getting a clear answer from them. Even though the product was decent, I was so annoyed by how they just couldn't be straightforward and clear.

As someone who received a $500 gift card for baby clothing, I was really looking forward to finding some cute things for my little one. But when I tried to use the gift card at the checkout, it was a total nightmare. The email with the e-gift card didn't say anything about restrictions on what I could buy, so I was surprised when I found out that baby clothing was off-limits. It was super frustrating and kind of heartbreaking, to be honest. I had spent a lot of time picking out things only to be told I couldn't use the gift card for them. It would have been so much better if they had just told me upfront, so I wouldn't have wasted my time and energy.
