So, I bought some graphics for my motorcycle from BTO Sports not too long ago. Unfortunately, the shipment got delayed and I was told it would take another 3-4 weeks. The customer service folks were decent enough to offer me a different graphics kit that could ship out right away, which was nice of them. But when the replacement kit showed up, it wasn't quite what I had in mind. I went ahead and put them on my bike anyway, but I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about how it turned out. My whole experience wasn't as awesome as I was expecting, to be honest.
Wrong size exchanged
I was super impressed with the customer service at this store, eh? I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but they were able to exchange it for me without any issues. It's tough to find that kind of service these days, ya know? The shipping was a bit slower than usual because of COVID-19, but I get that it's beyond their control. Incomplete Order and Overcharge
I had a not-so-great experience with the company. I ordered something, but when I got the package, it was missing stuff and they charged too much. I contacted their customer service and they were quick to respond at first. But when I told them about the issues with my order, they went quiet. I sent them more emails asking about it nicely, but I haven't heard back or got it fixed yet. This kind of bad service and no responsibility is not okay and it's made me really let down. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for a dependable and smooth shopping experience.
New gear for my dirt bike
So, I got a bunch of stuff for my dirt bike from this place and it came in two separate packages on different days. I was kinda freaking out because the first part arrived and then the order status said it was complete but the rest hadn't shown up yet. Turns out, it was just taking a bit longer to arrive, so I was relieved when it finally came two days later. Overall, BTO has awesome service and I guess maybe it was just slow because of that virus thing going around, eh?
Motocross gear
I am never ordering from this company again. The stock levels on their website are totally wrong and led me astray. I ordered things that were supposed to be in stock, but ended up waiting for weeks because they didn't actually have them. I should have just gone to the manufacturer myself. It's disappointing that a company would give out false info and waste their customers' time like that.
Last minute modification request
Ordered goods came in just how I asked, even with that last minute change. But when I got the bill, it was more than I thought it would be and didn't match up with what I got. Also, I never got a refund for those two things I had to cancel, and I still haven't heard anything about that extra charge for shipping the oversized package. BTO needs to get on top of this.
Motocross gear
I had such an awesome time shopping for motocross gear at this store. The stuff I got was way better than I thought it would be.
