Riding gear and boots
I've been a loyal customer at BTO Sports for a while now, and let me tell you, their products are top-notch. The riding gear and boots I've bought from them have always been high-quality, long-lasting, and super stylish. But what really stands out to me about BTO Sports is their fantastic customer service. They always go the extra mile to help me out, especially when what I'm looking for is sold out. Chest protector purchase
The customer service at this store is absolutely amazing, eh. I bought a chest protector recently, but turns out it was out of stock, you know. They quickly sent me an email, giving me the choice to pick a better chest protector for the same price or get a full refund. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they handled things and how they were ready to do whatever it takes for their customers. It's great to see a company that really cares about making their customers happy, eh.
New gear for my dirt bike
So, I got a bunch of stuff for my dirt bike from this place and it came in two separate packages on different days. I was kinda freaking out because the first part arrived and then the order status said it was complete but the rest hadn't shown up yet. Turns out, it was just taking a bit longer to arrive, so I was relieved when it finally came two days later. Overall, BTO has awesome service and I guess maybe it was just slow because of that virus thing going around, eh?
motorcycle gear
I just bought some motorcycle gear from this site and I gotta say, their website is easy to use and the search function works really well. But, I do wish they had a feature where you could pick your bike model and see compatible parts, like some other sites do. Even so, their customer service is amazing - no long wait times or dealing with automated systems, you talk to a real person right away! Overall, I definitely recommend this site for anyone looking for motorcycle gear.
Last minute modification request
Ordered goods came in just how I asked, even with that last minute change. But when I got the bill, it was more than I thought it would be and didn't match up with what I got. Also, I never got a refund for those two things I had to cancel, and I still haven't heard anything about that extra charge for shipping the oversized package. BTO needs to get on top of this.
Motocross gear
I had such an awesome time shopping for motocross gear at this store. The stuff I got was way better than I thought it would be. There was a little hiccup with my order, but when I got in touch with them about it, the customer service team acted fast and sorted it out without any trouble. I was super impressed with how they handled everything, and now I'm definitely gonna keep coming back as a loyal customer.

I can hardly believe how fast I got my parts from BTO Sports down in the States! It's quicker for me to order from them than to try finding the parts here in Australia. It's happened a few times now and each time, I'm impressed by how quickly they deliver. The ordering process was easy, no extra steps or info needed, which made it all super simple. So, I ordered something but it wasn't available. And then this real person reached out to me and offered me some other choices instead. They didn't just cancel my order right on the spot. In the end, I ended up with a really awesome product. I totally recommend them and will for sure be shopping here again!
Helmet order mix-up
I ordered a helmet that showed as in stock, but it turned out to be no longer available. Mark reached out to me, offering a refund or an upgrade at the same price. I decided to go with the upgrade and I'm happy with how things turned out. Thanks, BTO!
