I was super impressed with the customer service at this store, eh? I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but they were able to exchange it for me without any issues. It's tough to find that kind of service these days, ya know? The shipping was a bit slower than usual because of COVID-19, but I get that it's beyond their control. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my experience at this store, eh?

I had a not-so-great experience with the company. I ordered something, but when I got the package, it was missing stuff and they charged too much. I contacted their customer service and they were quick to respond at first. But when I told them about the issues with my order, they went quiet. I sent them more emails asking about it nicely, but I haven't heard back or got it fixed yet. This kind of bad service and no responsibility is not okay and it's made me really let down. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone looking for a dependable and smooth shopping experience.

Ordered goods came in just how I asked, even with that last minute change. But when I got the bill, it was more than I thought it would be and didn't match up with what I got. Also, I never got a refund for those two things I had to cancel, and I still haven't heard anything about that extra charge for shipping the oversized package. BTO needs to get on top of this.

I just got this shirt from this company, but it was the wrong size. I called the customer service folks, and they were super helpful in getting me the right size. They not only swapped it out fast, but they also bumped up my shipping to 2-day delivery for free. Their customer service is top-notch, and I'll definitely shop with them again.

So I bought this really awesome helmet from here, but when I wanted to return it, it took them forever to get back to me. I sent in the return form and all I received was an email saying they're really busy. I tried calling them so many times, but no one would answer. Not cool, man!

I ordered a helmet that showed as in stock, but it turned out to be no longer available. Mark reached out to me, offering a refund or an upgrade at the same price. I decided to go with the upgrade and I'm happy with how things turned out. Thanks, BTO!
