    Sweater, beautiful colour, perfect fit, good quality

    I just got this awesome sweater from the store and honestly, it's now my absolute fav! The colour is so pretty, it fits perfectly, and the quality is top-notch. I was a bit hesitant at first because of some not-so-great reviews I read on Trustpilot, but I went for it anyway since I really loved the sweater. To my surprise, it was shipped super fast and got to my doorstep in just 4 days without any issues. I did have a question that I needed to ask Customer Services about, but it took them a long time (like 10 days) to reply. Luckily, the sweater was still in stock when they finally got back to me, but they really should work on speeding up their response time. Other than that one hiccup, my experience with this store was really good.

    Dress, shirt, sweater, and coat

    I've been a customer of this brand for a while now and I've bought quite a few items like dresses, tops, sweaters, and a coat. I really appreciate the classic and eco-friendly designs they have. The quality of the clothes is mostly great, but I've found that the tencel pieces can wear out quickly. Sometimes the sizes can be a bit off, especially with the oversized items that fit bigger than expected.

    Two packages, UPS fees, amazing customer service

    I ordered a couple of things and got hit with extra charges by UPS, but the folks at Filippa K were really great about it and refunded me. Then UPS thought they lost my package, turns out it was just held up at the border. The clothes are top-notch and the customer service is amazing, but the delivery can be a little tricky at times.

    High-end clothing purchase

    The customer service at this store is totally brutal. They don't bother replying to emails, and forget about trying to call them - no one picks up. I had to return something worth over $1200 and now they're saying they never got it, but aren't doing anything to fix it. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this online shop.

    I had a really frustrating time with the customer service at this store, eh. I brought back a pair of pants three weeks ago, and even though UPS said they got them back at the warehouse two weeks ago, I still haven't got my money back. It's not cool that they're not keeping me in the loop and taking so long to give me my refund, especially with Christmas coming up, eh. I've been reaching out to them a bunch of times, but I still haven't gotten a good answer.

    I bought these pants from a store and they don't fit me at all. I did everything I was supposed to in order to return them, but now they're stuck at some UPS place and I'm not getting any help. I've been trying to contact someone for TWO weeks and still nothing. It's really frustrating and all I want is my money back!

    Julie pants

    I bought a pair of Julie pants at your store not long ago, and unfortunately, there's a hole in the fabric near the inner thigh/groin area. I took them back to the store and at first, they said it was just normal wear and tear and couldn't do anything about it. These pants are barely 2 years old, and such poor quality shouldn't happen so soon. I paid over 2000kr for them, so I expected better quality. When I first got the pants, the salesperson even said they would last for many years, which is the norm for your brand. I've always been a loyal customer and have a lot of your stuff, so I was really let down by how they reacted. They asked me to come back the next day to talk to the manager, who accused me of not taking care of the fabric properly because it looked shiny, even though I always follow the care instructions for my clothes. She also mentioned that the label on the pants had faded (I checked another pair of shorts that are only 8 months old, and the label has also faded). Even though she said she would send the pants for more tests to see if there was a manufacturing issue, the truth is that the quality of the pants I bought doesn't meet the standards for the price I paid. Good service would have meant offering a replacement or a proper repair. As a long-time customer who has never had this problem before, I'm now wondering if I should start looking at other brands in the future.

    I recently bought something from this company and was bummed to see my order didn't come with a return label. I tried contacting customer service a few times to ask about it, but they totally ignored me. It's frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service, especially when you're paying good money for their stuff.

    I'm really disappointed with the coat I bought from your store recently. The box it came in was all beat up from the courier, and the coat itself wasn't even wrapped up properly in protective paper. I had high hopes for my order since I made two separate ones, trusting in your brand's reputation. Unfortunately, both items have the same problem. On top of that, I can't get through to your customer service team because they don't answer my calls outside of work hours, even though I'm calling during the specified time. I spent a lot of money on these products, and I'm not about to let this issue slide.

    I'm really not happy with the customer service at this store, eh. I returned something over two weeks ago and it's still not here. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email and chat, but I haven't heard back from anyone, eh. When I called today, they said it was outside of their working hours, even though it was smack dab in the middle of the day. Like, what's up with that, eh?     I recently picked up a pantsuit from this shop and, all in all, it was a pretty good experience. Ordering it was a breeze and I liked that they kept me in the loop about my order. However, there was a bit of a hiccup with customs which caused a delay in getting my hands on it. Even with that bump in the road, I was able to get a refund without any trouble which I appreciated. The staff were nice and helpful, though I did think the price was a tad high for what I got. The delivery ended up being delayed because of the customs issue, but once that was sorted out, it got to me in good shape.

    I ordered a pair of pants from this company and thought they'd arrive pretty soon. But lo and behold, a whole week goes by and my order is still chillin' in its original spot. I've tried hitting up customer service through email, phone, and even live chat, but it's been crickets. I dropped some serious cash on these pants, so the least they could do is give me a heads up about the hold up. This lack of communication is just straight up not cool. My advice? Steer clear of this brand when you're shopping.
