I'm really not happy with the customer service at this store, eh. I returned something over two weeks ago and it's still not here. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through email and chat, but I haven't heard back from anyone, eh. When I called today, they said it was outside of their working hours, even though it was smack dab in the middle of the day. Like, what's up with that, eh? I'm stressing out about my return and I think a brand like this should be doing better, eh. Can someone lend a hand with my problem, please?
