I am so disappointed with how things went down with this company. They said I could try their stuff risk-free and they'd cover return fees, so I thought I'd get my money back if I didn't like it. But when I tried to send it back, they hit me with the news that they don't refund the crazy high shipping charges. That's not right, and I'm not letting it slide. I'm gonna make sure they own up to their shady tactics.
