Return and refund process
I'm pretty upset with the customer service from this company, eh. I've been trying to get a hold of them on the phone, but no luck. Emails are being ignored, and the chat on their website is useless. I sent back a return three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about my refund. This whole lack of communication and slow processing is just not cool, eh.
