Hey there, I just bought a leather purse from this brand. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed out about the quality. I've only had it for 18 months and the handle is already peeling, even though I barely use it. It's weird because I've had leather purses from Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch that lasted at least 3 years without any issues. I always take good care of my purses, so it's really disappointing to see this one falling apart so soon.

It's really frustrating and makes me feel ignored. They clearly don't care about customer service, and it's disappointing that they don't take their customers' concerns seriously.
