    Leather purse peeling

    Hey there, I just bought a leather purse from this brand. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed out about the quality. I've only had it for 18 months and the handle is already peeling, even though I barely use it. It's weird because I've had leather purses from Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch that lasted at least 3 years without any issues. I always take good care of my purses, so it's really disappointing to see this one falling apart so soon.

    I had a terrible experience with this company. After making a purchase, I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but never got a response even after leaving 5 messages. It's really frustrating and makes me feel ignored. They clearly don't care about customer service, and it's disappointing that they don't take their customers' concerns seriously. I won't be shopping with them again.

    I had a really bad experience with this company. The customer service was basically non-existent - I reached out to them a bunch of times and never heard back.     I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at that store recently. I ordered something online and then got an email saying my order was canceled because of fraud. It took them forever to get back to me when I asked about it, and even then, they weren't very clear about whether the item was still available. They were really slow at communicating and didn't help much, taking ages to reply to emails and never answering the phone. I ended up making a new order, but it's been three days and still no word on what's going on. Overall, I'm super disappointed with the service at that place.

    So, I had to return something to this company and man, it was not a good time. Just like some other folks, I sent back my item and haven't heard a peep from customer service.     I bought this black leather handbag online, eh, and when it showed up, it was in rough shape, you know? The zipper wouldn't close, the leather was all wrinkled, there was this big scratch, and a little tear by the zipper. I sent photos of the damage to customer service right away, but didn't hear back for three weeks, eh. Finally, after getting a response, they fixed the problem, eh.

    EXPENSIVE SHOES

    Oh man, I was so excited for the shoes I bought online cause they were super cute. But when they finally got here, they didn't even fit! I tried to send them back, but it was such a pain. Customer service wasn't any help at all. I sent the shoes back, but they got sent back to me cause of some 'refused' address issue. Like, really? What a joke. My advice: skip them and shop somewhere else.

    I ordered a big leather tote bag from this store about 12 business days ago, but I haven't heard anything about my order since then. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order, but that's it. I've tried calling during their business hours, but all I get is an automated message saying no one is available.     Overpriced and outdated handbag

    I recently bought a handbag from this store and I really regret it. The quality was not good for what I paid and it seemed like I could have found something similar for way cheaper somewhere else. What really bugged me was that they didn't tell me the item was out of stock and I couldn't cancel my order without getting charged extra. The customer service was terrible, I felt like they just ignored me and didn't care. The whole experience was just bad and I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone wanting good products and service.

    Delayed shipment and unresponsive customer service

    My experience with this company was awful. I paid more for express shipping, but my order took weeks to arrive. I tried contacting customer service several times, but never got a reply. It seemed sketchy, like they were selling counterfeit stuff. I've noticed others had similar issues, so I won't buy from them again. There are plenty of other sites, like Nordströms, that sell the same products - I suggest shopping there instead.

    Backpack order

    I got this really cute backpack from this place, but had a few issues. The folks working there were super friendly, but things were moving slow because they were doing repairs. They got everything sorted out though, and I really appreciated how they treated you like a friend. It's nice to know someone has your back, even miles away. I'm pumped and definitely plan on shopping here again.
