Non-medical masks
I just bought some non-medical masks from this place and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out with the info they gave me. I figured if a place had 'medical' in its name, the masks would be top-notch, but turns out they're not. The box clearly says they're not medical grade, which was pretty annoying considering how the name of the place made me think otherwise.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer support team, eh? I tried to contact them to cancel my order, but unfortunately, they did not respond in a timely manner. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch, my order was still shipped out, eh? This lack of communication resulted in an unnecessary inconvenience for me as a customer, you know? I hope the company can work on improving their support system to prevent this from happening to other customers, eh?

I was really upset with the customer service I got from this company. They wouldn't let me leave a bad review, and when I tried, I got an email error. I think it's not fair that they don't accept returns, especially when the product isn't as good as you thought. I suggest going somewhere else for better service.

I bought an e-bike from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a letdown. Don't bother dealing with this company if you care about good customer service. I placed an order for air filters in June and I heard nothing from them for weeks, despite trying to reach out to them multiple times by phone and email. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel my payment that they miraculously managed to ship my order within a week. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is terrible, and their customer service is seriously lacking. Even when I finally got my order, the way they handled my original concerns was disappointing. Be careful when dealing with this company.
