So I recently bought some KN95 masks from this medical place, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed. The masks I got didn't even have that stamp they're supposed to have, you know, the GB2626-2019 one. That's a big deal because it calls into question whether those masks are legit or even work like they're supposed to. The picture on the website showed the stamp, but the ones I got didn't have it. Makes you wonder what's really going on with the stuff they're selling, right?

And then, when I tried to talk to customer service about it and ask for my money back, they were so unprofessional and just brushed me off. The person I talked to didn't even want to bother arguing and quickly gave me a refund. Can you believe that? Dealing with medical supplies that could save lives, and they couldn't care less about being professional.

Overall, I'm so not happy with how things went down at that medical place. Selling fake masks and having rude customer service is just not okay. It's not just wrong, it's dangerous. This business seriously needs to rethink how they do things.
