CommunicationI opened it when it arrived and noticed one vent filter missing, so I couldn’t use the mask that day. I emailed support and heard nothing, annoying. Ended up paying ten bucks to buy small filters and I’m waiting. The mask itself feels sturdy and should do the job, not flawless though.

CommunicationMy time at Brookwood Medical was really disappointing. You see, the mask I ordered came with a filter missing, and that made it totally unusable. I tried reaching out by email, but got no reply at all. So, I had no other option but to pay another $10 to buy the missing filter separately. Now, I'm just sitting here waiting anxiously for it to arrive. The mask itself looks good quality, but the bad customer service really left a bad impression on me, eh.
