The person I talked to didn't even want to bother arguing and quickly gave me a refund. Can you believe that? Dealing with medical supplies that could save lives, and they couldn't care less about being professional.

Overall, I'm so not happy with how things went down at that medical place. Selling fake masks and having rude customer service is just not okay. It's not just wrong, it's dangerous. This business seriously needs to rethink how they do things.
