New electric bicycles
I gotta say, my experience as a customer at Juiced Bikes was pretty decent in terms of the products. But man, let me tell you, their customer service department needs some serious work. I recently needed help with changing the stem on my bike, and despite reaching out several times, I didn't hear back from anyone on their support team. It's pretty disappointing when you're trying to get assistance and you're met with silence. It really affects the whole customer experience. The bikes may be good, but they definitely need to step up their support game. Looking back, if I had known about the lack of communication beforehand, I probably wouldn't have bought from them.
Electric bike purchase
My e-bike has been working amazing, just like they said. It's top-notch quality and definitely worth the price. The customer service was awesome, they fixed issues with the paint, fender, and headlight that got messed up during shipping real quick. They even gave me a gift card to say sorry. I'd definitely suggest them to others!
HyperFat 1100
So, I recently bought this HyperFat 1100 bike, and man, do I ever regret it. Turns out, all the parts for it are special to that brand, even the controller and wiring. And to top it off, they're always stopping production of parts. I learned the hard way when I needed a new controller for my bike, only to find out they stopped making them a long time ago. So basically, if anything goes wrong with the electronics, which is bound to happen with these kinds of bikes, my super expensive investment will be worthless. Their lack of support for their products is seriously disappointing, and it's obvious they care more about making money than making customers happy. If you're thinking of buying from them, I really suggest you think twice and save yourself the trouble.
Electric bike purchase
Just a heads up, but be careful if you're thinking of ordering from this company. They said it would take 5 to 7 days to ship my order, but that was totally inaccurate. I reached out to customer service and they told me it could actually take up to 4 weeks to get my stuff. And get this, if you change your mind and want to cancel your order, they'll hit you with a restocking fee, even though they can't stick to their promised delivery times. Long story short, once they have your money, you're pretty much out of luck.
Replacement part inquiry
I recently called to ask about getting a new part for my bike. I was looking for info on the Logan brakes and where to find brake pads for my Ripcurrent S model. I couldn't find the details I needed on the website, so I tried reaching out to customer service for help. But when I emailed them, I didn't hear back, and when I called, I was on hold for a long time. I waited patiently as I moved up the line, but then I got a message telling me to submit an online request before they hung up on me. This lack of response and frustrating experience has really made me think twice about the company. I can't honestly recommend Juiced Bikes anymore and will warn others about the bad customer service they might deal with.
E-bike purchase
I just bought an e-bike from your shop and, I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the product overall. It's top-notch quality and rides like a dream - exactly what I was hoping for. But, truth be told, I've been having some issues with the customer service, and it's been a real headache. I've been trying to get in touch with your team for over a month now about a technical problem with my bike, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I've called multiple times, only to get hung up on, sent emails, used the chat bot on your site, and even reached out on social media, but nothing. Even though I love the bike, the lack of customer support is a major bummer, and I feel like I'm being ignored as a customer.
Handlebar replacement
I had a really annoying experience trying to get a new handlebar for my wife's bike. Her old one got wrecked in a crash, so I tried getting in touch with their customer service, but got no reply at all. I must have called them 20 times in two weeks and sent a bunch of emails through their website, but it seemed like they were just ignoring me. It was super disappointing to feel like they weren't even around to help. The total lack of communication and support really got on my nerves and made me wonder if they even cared about their customers.
E-bike purchase experience
I bought an e-bike not too long ago and after a year of using it, I ran into a problem. Turns out a little wire overheated and melted, probably because of the throttle. That meant I had to replace the whole battery controller system, wheel, and engine in the wheel, which came to over $800. It sucked having to drop so much cash and time on fixing what seemed like a small part of the bike.
Electrical fire incident
I can't believe this company! My bike caught on fire because of an electrical issue and the warranty they offered was completely useless. It took them six whole months to finally fix it, and trying to communicate with them was an absolute nightmare. I'll never trust a company like that ever again.
Electric bike purchase
The darn shipping rules and restocking fee really got me worried when I was buying something. I didn't pay enough attention to the details, and I ended up super disappointed. The people in customer service didn't really care about my problem, which matched up with what I heard from other folks saying they weren't very nice with customers. It was just so annoying, and I really should've looked into things more before going through with my order.
Motor/wheel for a bike
I ordered a motor/wheel for my bike that cost $550. The package was left on the public sidewalk without even knocking on my door, and it got stolen. Juiced offered me a 30% discount on a replacement, but big companies like Amazon and eBay would just refund or replace the item. Their customer service is good, but they are so greedy! If you order something through them, make sure to sit outside all day for the delivery, or you'll end up paying twice!
I almost bought a bike
So I was really excited to get a new bike, but then I saw a lot of bad reviews. Ugh, who wants to deal with shipping problems and items arriving all messed up? If you want to keep customers happy, you need to provide good service, it just makes sense. Things might be fine for now, but who knows what could happen down the road? Time to up your game, folks!
Replacement for defective bike
So, I was kinda worried about my bike when I saw some folks had problems with customer service. But then, after a few days, they sent me a new tail light and fenders 'cause mine were broken. And turns out my whole bike was messed up, but they swapped it for a new one! I'm really stoked to get my new bike and I'm glad it wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews I read, eh?
Financing Issues
My experience with Juiced Bikes' financing option with Affirm has been really disappointing. At first, I got approval for my purchase using Affirm, but then I got an email saying that Juiced Bikes doesn't actually accept payments through Affirm. This mix-up has me worried about how dependable the company is. Juiced Bikes should probably just take off the option to use Affirm to pay to prevent more confusion and upset customers.
Defective pedal assist bike
So I bought a pedal assist bike from Juiced Bikes not too long ago, and let me tell you, I'm super let down. The pedal assist on the bike was defective right out of the box, and trying to get help from their customer service has been a total nightmare. They keep saying they have lots of demand for their E-bikes, but that's no excuse for such lousy service. It's so annoying having to wait two whole business days for a response and then not hearing anything back. And to top it off, there's no direct phone number to call them! Their lack of tech support is just not okay for a company that's all about marketing itself. Honestly, my Juiced Bikes experience has been disappointing and frustrating.
E-bike purchase
I bought an e-bike from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a letdown. The bike had a bunch of problems right off the bat - the battery wouldn't hold the charge for very long, the brakes were sketchy and unsafe, and when I tried to get it sorted, the customer service was just terrible. It felt like I got stuck with a dud and had to figure it all out myself.
Two bikes - a beach cruiser and a mountain bike
I just wanted to say that the customer service was amazing! I received my bikes last week and couldn't wait to ride them. But when I saw that the bell was missing from my beach cruiser, I called right away. Sarah was super friendly and told me they'd send a new bell. And you know what? I got it the very next day!
Recent purchase issue
I had some issues with the customer service at this place lately. One guy, Sean, was pretty rude and unprofessional, which was pretty disappointing. Instead of listening to my needs, I felt like I was being given the run-around and needing to do unnecessary stuff. Even though my bike had a part that was clearly covered by warranty and deemed unsafe by a local bike mechanic and the head mechanic at the store, they were still hesitant to replace it. This lack of concern for my safety and happiness has made me think twice about coming back to this place.
Defective bike with bad parts
I just bought a bike from this company, eh, and it came in all busted up with parts missing that didn't fit properly. I tried reaching out to customer service but they didn't give me any help or fix the problem. It's so annoying to spend money on something that doesn't work because it's broken. I recommend everyone to avoid this company cuz they don't back up their products and don't help when things go wrong, eh.
