RoadTrippers charged me out of nowhere because I forgot to cancel my subscription on time. They wouldn't give me a refund, just turned off the autorenewal. Pretty uncool.

I found the hoodie I wanted really easily, the seller was great and replied fast, and once I bought it, it got to my house super quick!

The darn shipping rules and restocking fee really got me worried when I was buying something. I didn't pay enough attention to the details, and I ended up super disappointed. The people in customer service didn't really care about my problem, which matched up with what I heard from other folks saying they weren't very nice with customers. It was just so annoying, and I really should've looked into things more before going through with my order.

I recently bought some ski touring gear from this company, and let me tell you, I am so disappointed. The products are just not good quality - the skis feel cheap, and the bindings don't work well. It's like they slapped their logo on some low-quality stuff and called it a day. And the customer service was awful. When I tried to talk about my order, the responses were rude and unhelpful. Plus, the prices are way too high for what you get. Delivery was a disaster - my order arrived late and looked like it had been run over by a snowplow. Overall, a really bad experience from beginning to end.
