My recent purchase.
I just bought something at a sports store, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how good the product was and the service I got. The staff were super nice and actually helpful, unlike some other stores I won't mention. But, fair warning, you'll need to splash out some serious cash for these high-quality items. But hey, you know what they say – you get what you pay for, right?
Running shoes
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this store, and I gotta tell ya, the selection wasn't all that great. The staff didn't seem too interested and weren't very helpful when I asked for some help. Plus, the prices were pretty steep compared to other places I've been to. All in all, I was let down by my visit to this store.
Hiking shoe purchase with excellent assistance
Today I bought a pair of hiking shoes that were recommended to me by Julie, the salesperson on the second floor of Carrefour Laval. She was really nice, attentive, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with. I definitely suggest asking for her if you want great service.
Sports equipment
I bought some sports equipment from this store not too long ago and gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. When I got my order, I could tell right away that the quality just wasn't up to par and definitely didn't meet what I was hoping for. And when I reached out to customer service to talk about my issues, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the help I got. All in all, I was pretty bummed out about my shopping trip to this place.
