Handlebar replacement
I had a really annoying experience trying to get a new handlebar for my wife's bike. Her old one got wrecked in a crash, so I tried getting in touch with their customer service, but got no reply at all. I must have called them 20 times in two weeks and sent a bunch of emails through their website, but it seemed like they were just ignoring me. It was super disappointing to feel like they weren't even around to help. The total lack of communication and support really got on my nerves and made me wonder if they even cared about their customers.
