I just made a big purchase of over 100€ at FeelUnique, and it's been 2 weeks now and my order still hasn't shown up. The website said delivery would only take 2-3 days, so I'm pretty bummed out about this delay. I was really counting on a quicker service from FeelUnique. I've tried contacting customer service for help, but haven't got a good solution yet. Hopefully, my order will arrive soon so I can finally try out the stuff I bought.

Baseball tickets in the US
As someone who bought baseball tickets using this platform, gotta say I was pretty let down with how it all went down. They tack on a big ol' fee for their "service", boosting up the price of the tickets big time. It was super frustrating not knowing the full price upfront, especially with all the extra costs we had to deal with. And when we tried to get the tickets through their app, turns out it wasn't even available in our neck of the woods. So we ended up getting hit with some extra charges and had to scramble to sort things out at the stadium. At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly with the order, but the lack of clear info and the high prices made it more of a headache than anything else.

I've had a really good experience with the customer service for my streaming service, especially the support from folks over in Australia. Everything's been working great, just a few times where Netflix went down. But overall, it's been running at 99.9% efficiency. I've noticed that other platforms like Pluto, Tubi, BBC, and UK channels work smoothly too. And whenever I've needed help, the customer service team always responds to my emails in a top-notch way.

Frustrating customer service
What a horrible customer service experience, eh? Spent over an hour trying to fix a problem and got nowhere. They give you a voucher for a subscription with your purchase, but the product won't even take the vouchers. Now I'm stuck dealing with a useless company and their competitor, which is even worse. Their English communication skills are just terrible, making it so hard to follow along. Definitely steer clear of this company! I'm gonna look into other options for sure, eh.

I gotta say, the service at this place was just awful. Like seriously, they don't know how to treat their customers right? The employees were more into talking to each other than assisting me. And the prices? Way too high for what you're getting. Felt like I was getting taken advantage of with every purchase. It also took forever to receive my order, could have just grabbed it from the store myself. Honestly, not happy at all with my time there.
