    Wrong cheaper product, leaking bottle

    This website is a total disaster. They sent me the wrong product, which was cheaper than the one I actually ordered. They didn't even bother to let me know about the mistake, didn't mention that the item was out of stock, and didn't offer to refund the price difference. On top of all that, the package they sent was badly done, so the bottle leaked everywhere. What a mess! I'm never buying from this site again.

    Damaged order

    I recently reached out to customer service about an issue with my order that arrived all banged up. Gotta say, I wasn't impressed with the help I got. The rep only offered me a tiny discount on the messed-up item, but I really just wanted my money back in full. Plus, they expected me to pay to send back the damaged stuff, which seemed totally unfair to me. And when I tried to raise the issue higher up, they shut down my complaint too soon, leaving me feeling super annoyed and let down by the whole thing. Dealing with this company turned out to be a real letdown and a headache, but hopefully they can step up their customer service game in the future.

    I just made a big purchase of over 100€ at FeelUnique, and it's been 2 weeks now and my order still hasn't shown up. The website said delivery would only take 2-3 days, so I'm pretty bummed out about this delay. I was really counting on a quicker service from FeelUnique. I've tried contacting customer service for help, but haven't got a good solution yet. Hopefully, my order will arrive soon so I can finally try out the stuff I bought.

    Large order missing, poor customer service

    I bought a big item on FeelUnique not long ago, and now it's lost during shipping. When I called the carrier, they said the sender had to complain. So, I contacted FeelUnique for help, but I sent two messages and waited a whole week without getting any reply from their customer service. I felt super frustrated and let down by the lack of communication and support.

    So, eh, you know I ordered some makeup and skincare stuff from this online store, right? And like, last year it was all good and I got my goodies super quick. But this year, OMG, it's been a total disaster - haven't got my order at all and they're not even replying to my messages!     I ordered something from FeelUnique on February 18th, but it still hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting them, but got no response, which has left me feeling really frustrated. It seems like FeelUnique might be shutting down, as I've heard the same thing from other customers. I've tried everything to get in touch with them - emails, Facebook messenger - but nothing has worked. I suggest avoiding buying anything from them and looking into getting a refund in other ways.

    Eyeshadow palette purchase

    I recently bought an eyeshadow palette from the website but when it showed up, I saw that some of the eyeshadow was broken. I took a pic and contacted customer service right away to try to fix the problem. I asked for a new palette and said I'd send back the broken one. But instead of a replacement, they just gave me a £10 voucher and said I could keep the broken one. Even after waiting days for a better solution, I didn't get any more help. I wouldn't recommend shopping on that site and think you should look at other places for makeup instead.

    Online order, quick delivery, slight packaging issue

    My experience ordering from this online store was pretty good. At first, I wasn't sure because of some mixed reviews, but I went for it anyway. I was happy to see my order arrive quickly, in just a week, even though I'm in Canada. The stuff I got was a great deal and even though there was a small problem with the packaging, it wasn't a big deal. The boxes were a bit squished because they didn't have much protection, so that might be something to watch out for with delicate items or gifts.

    I recently bought something from FeelUnique and man, oh man, I was so disappointed. When I got the package, it was just an empty box! Can you believe it? The box looked brand new, no dents or anything, but there was nothing inside. I reached out to customer service, sent them pics and vids, and all they said was asking if the package got messed up during shipping. I told them twice it wasn't damaged in transit, but then they went radio silent. I even tried Amex and Amazon, but no luck yet getting this sorted out. Frustrating, eh?

    Kayali Vanilla perfume order

    I gotta say, I've ordered from this site before and it took a while, but I did get my stuff eventually. This time around though, it's been a total mess. I ordered the Kayali Vanilla perfume with the order number FN76917398, and it still hasn't shown up. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no one ever gets back to me. Every time I check the tracking, it's stuck in the same place. At this point, I just want a refund as soon as I can get it.

    I just bought some lipstick on your website and I wanted to talk about my experience. I love shopping with you because your prices are always really good compared to other stores. But I had a problem trying to ship to Norway because the option suddenly wasn't there anymore on the site. Me and some other Norwegian customers were confused and let down by this. Plus, I had a hard time getting in touch with customer service through the Chat feature, so it was tough to get my questions answered quickly. I hope FeelUnique can explain the shipping rules for Norway better and make it easier to talk to customer service.

    So, I got this package the other day with my order of killians princess perfume, but it was empty when I opened it. It was super disappointing and really annoying. To make things worse, the company didn't reach out at all. I tried contacting them through their online chat, but it wasn't working.
