Rogers Parisian

So, I got this package the other day with my order of killians princess perfume, but it was empty when I opened it. It was super disappointing and really annoying. To make things worse, the company didn't reach out at all. I tried contacting them through their online chat, but it wasn't working. I also sent two emails with pictures of the empty package, but didn't hear anything back. It's so frustrating to feel like you're being ignored when something goes wrong with your order.
