I ordered some media cables from this place thinking I'd get them pretty quick. Their shipping policy said orders ship within 1 business day, but it's day 3 and still no sign of my order. Contacted customer service and got the usual excuse about a "new system." If this happens a lot, they should just be honest about it on their website, eh.

Birthday gift delivery failed
My daughter was super pumped to send her uncle a birthday present, but then we got a lousy email saying it never made it. She's totally heartbroken and I'm so mad! Definitely not recommending this service to anyone! I really hope we get our money back for this awful situation.

Armored jeans purchased during a sale
