The weight loss program I'm on right now is fantastic! I've been at it for three days and already feel way more energized. I usually have a hard time sticking to diets, but this one is actually pretty easy to keep up with. It's been motivating me to stay on track. My experience with this platform was awful, eh. It was a real pain trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, which just made me feel so frustrated and let down. The services they offered weren't customized or helpful at all, and they charged me a lot for generic information, eh. The customer service was basically non-existent, only those A.I. chatbots to talk to. It was a real struggle trying to get help from a real person. Overall, I think this platform is deceitful and only cares about making money, eh.
Scammed
Hey everybody, I just wanted to share my awful experience with this website. I thought it was gonna be a great sign-up, but turns out I got scammed! They sneakily charged me without any warning and when I tried to cancel, my email just disappeared into thin air. After reading all the complaints online, I'm thinking about getting legal help involved. Save yourselves the trouble and stay away from this site!

I really liked using the meal planning app to help me stay on track with my diet goals. Hey there! So, I tried setting up an account, but ran into all sorts of issues when I tried to sign in and check my account. No matter how many times I tried to reset my password, the link they sent me never seemed to work. It's super frustrating because now I'm getting charged for a service I haven't even gotten to try out yet! Apparently, there's supposed to be a way to cancel your subscription once you get into your account, but I haven't even been able to get in at all. On top of that, there's no phone number to call for help, and the email support just gives me more automated options with no way of getting in touch with an actual person. Since I can't even log in to talk to customer service, my only option is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
