I wasn't too sure about using this app since I read some negative reviews, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. I ended up reaching out to customer service by email, and they responded really quickly and were able to answer all my questions. I really enjoy the glucomannan supplement they have because it helps me curb my appetite. I'm also interested to see if it has any impact on my cholesterol levels. The app overall is pretty decent, although it would be nice if I could easily select a previous serving size when logging my meals.
Fasting app addition
Eh, this new fasting app is amazing, eh! I love using it to track my fasting times, and it works like a charm, no problems at all, eh. The lessons are super quick to read, which is perfect for me, eh. I can't wait to get my first Burn Box and see even better results with my weight loss journey, eh. I tried those Wegovy shots, and they made me feel so sick all the time, so I'm happy to find a more natural way to lose weight and actually keep it off without all the ups and downs of a yo-yo diet, eh.
Quick and easy purchase
This fasting program is going well so far. It's easy to follow and user-friendly. The only issue I've noticed is that tracking calories could get a bit tricky if you eat meals with lots of ingredients or brands that the system doesn't recognize. Unlike some other fasting and nutrition apps, this one doesn't bombard you with reminders or food scores, which is nice. And when it comes to pricing, I'd say it's pretty fair compared to other options out there.

This app has made a huge difference in helping me reach my weight loss goals. I’ve always found it hard to stay accountable, but this app has really kept me on the right path and motivated. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive and the refund policy is a bit tricky. But even with those issues, I’d still suggest this app to anyone trying to lose weight.
Weight loss meal plan
I felt a bit tired and had a headache while fasting, but I actually had good energy and didn't feel too hungry. It was a pretty awesome experience and I managed to lose 2 pounds in just 2 days.

I am glad to say it out loud: NO yo-yo effect. Been fasting for more than a year and even when I go on holidays, or wish to have some more chill routine my weight does not go up.
3 month subscription purchase
I just bought a 3 month subscription and when I first started using the app, it was really helping me stay focused on reaching my goals each month. But, things went downhill fast when the app randomly stopped working on my phone only 2 months into my subscription. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they haven't been able to fix the problem yet. It's frustrating because now I can't use the app for the last month of my subscription. I was really counting on it to help me with my health and fitness goals. It's been a letdown, to say the least.
