The customer service at this store is top-notch, seriously. I had a problem with the charging board for my Zfold2, but the team there was so professional and quick in sorting it out. They gave me a replacement right away, and it fixed the issue entirely. Now my phone is working like new, and I feel good knowing I have a part that’s just like the original Samsung bits they use for repairs. I've been using this portable speaker for the past three years, and let me tell you, it's something else. Despite being annoyed at first, Joke handled everything really well and quickly. I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back, but Joke's customer service was really amazing. Now I just have to wait and see if MetroFax will actually give me a refund, but either way, I'm super impressed with how Joke helped me out.
