    Purchased a hyberboom speaker that malfunctioned in September

    I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this company. It took nearly a month to hear back about my problem with the hyberboom speaker. We went back and forth for weeks just to arrange a replacement, and it was really annoying and took up a lot of time. I tried reaching out to the parent company, but they weren't helpful either. Right now, my issue still hasn't been fixed.

    Pairing issues with product

    Eh, so I just got these new speakers and let me tell ya, it was a real pain trying to pair them up. The app kept quitting on me, which led to a lot of issues with connecting and pairing. And even when I did manage to get them connected, they would always go out of sync or start switching back and forth on their own. Plus, one of the speakers kept crackling every few seconds, ruining the whole listening vibe. Honestly, I'm super bummed about the whole thing and I don't think I'll be buying another set in the future.

    I tried to get some help with my UE Boom, but when I called the number on the app, I ended up talking to someone who wasn't very helpful and seemed like they were from who knows where. They told me they don't offer phone support for UE products and that I would have to wait for an email. Such a disappointment!

    3-year old durable speaker

    I've been using this portable speaker for the past three years, and let me tell you, it's something else. This speaker has been with me every day on the job site, toughing it out through all kinds of conditions. The sound quality is top-notch, lasting all day without needing a recharge. And it's tough as nails - it's taken two falls from 3 meters onto hard ground and kept on going. I don't know if that's what they had in mind when they made it, but it sure showed its strength. This speaker really sets the bar for good design, and I hope their future products can measure up to it.

    Unreachable Customer Service

    So I bought something with my credit card, went through all the steps to confirm the order, but didn't get any confirmation at all. The item just vanished from my cart, and there was no trace of it in my order history. Plus, I couldn't even check if the payment went through since it was a company credit card. And to top it off, I couldn't contact the company at all about this problem. I tried emailing them, but the address was blocked from receiving any emails. This whole thing has been a complete nightmare and a total waste of time.

    Low volume, short battery life

    I thought these would sound amazing, but they ended up being a letdown. The volume was way too low and the battery life didn't last long enough. Plus, the sound quality got worse over time, so I couldn't even use them after a while. I was really disappointed with this purchase.

    Wonderboom Bluetooth Speakers

    I had such a great experience with this company, eh. I'm totally in love with the Wonderboom Bluetooth Speakers I bought. I not only got one for myself, but I also told three of my buddies about them and they ended up getting one too, eh. These speakers really kick butt and they're super tough. My pal and I took ours on a 6-month trip and they're still working perfectly, without a scratch, eh. The sound is awesome and they're great for using inside or outside. I'm thrilled with my purchase, eh.

    Multiple purchases of Bluetooth speakers

    Over the last few years, I've bought myself a bunch of UE Boom and Megaboom speakers, and I got a Hyperboom as a Father's Day present. I've been really happy with how well all the speakers work and the quality of the sound. The Hyperboom, especially, blew me away with how loud it can get and how long the battery lasts. But I did notice that the app doesn't have support for computers, which is a bit of a letdown.

    Broken charging case for gift

    Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with! I got Ultimate Ears as a gift, only used it once for marathons and now the charging case is busted. Emailed UE support multiple times and heard nothing back. Called customer support and they said they'd rush my request for a new charger or refund, but still haven't gotten anything. Such a lack of professionalism!

    Fourth pair of ear products

    I just got my fourth pair of ear products, eh, and I gotta say, they knocked it outta the park once again. The Bluetooth sound ear is great for when I'm out on my motorbike or traveling, giving me crystal-clear sound. The Sound ear pro is perfect for connecting to my motorbike comms system or listening to music with amazing depth. And when I'm at work around planes and vehicles, those Squidgys with the filtered option make it easy to communicate without any annoying background noise. The fitting team in Sidcup was awesome, eh, that's why I keep going back for more.

    Overpriced earbuds

    I bought these earbuds thinking they'd be solid 'cause of all the good reviews, but man, was I mistaken. They felt nice in my ears and the sound was great, but not long after I got them, they started acting up - wouldn't charge properly and had trouble connecting. And then, just my luck, they decided to die completely right after the warranty ran out. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help whatsoever.

    I bought a speaker from this company recently and I was really let down by their customer support. The speaker was working fine at first, but when the battery started acting up, I reached out to customer service for help. They told me they don't sell replacement batteries and advised against changing it yourself because it might void the warranty. They also mentioned they don't have repair centers as part of their service. This lack of support left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with my purchase. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company unless you're okay with dealing with any problems on your own.

    Bluetooth speaker purchase

    I bought a Bluetooth speaker from this company and it worked well at first, connecting easily and turning on and off without any issues. But after a few months, it suddenly stopped making any sound. I tried to fix it myself, but couldn't figure it out. It was frustrating, but I finally got a hold of Customer Support after a few failed attempts with the phone number not working. With the help of a UE Fits customer support rep, I was able to sort out the issue. Unfortunately, the speaker stopped working just 4 months after the warranty expired, which left me disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole experience. I expected better customer service and support for a supposed premium product. The fact that there was no help or offer for a new speaker has me wondering if I should buy from this company again in the future.

    Replacement charger for an expensive speaker

    I gotta tell you, I had to get a new charger for my speaker and man, the customer service I got was just awful. Can you believe they're still selling the speakers but wouldn't even give me the time of day when I needed help? It's so annoying to spend good money on something just to be brushed off when it malfunctions. The speakers work great, but the lack of help when you need it is a big downside. I really wouldn't recommend buying their speakers because of the terrible support. It's super frustrating to feel like you're all alone and nobody's listening.

    The UE Fits earbuds have amazing sound quality and fit really well, but my experience with customer service was not great. I ordered a pair, but they sent me the wrong color. Even after showing proof of my order, their solution was not the best. They wanted me to return the wrong earbuds, wait for them to get it, and then give me a refund. Or I could reorder the right color, but it wouldn't be in stock until the end of December. I was disappointed by the company not taking responsibility for their mistake. As a customer, I expect a more efficient and customer-friendly approach when fixing these kinds of issues.
