I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this company. It took nearly a month to hear back about my problem with the hyberboom speaker. We went back and forth for weeks just to arrange a replacement, and it was really annoying and took up a lot of time. I tried reaching out to the parent company, but they weren't helpful either. Right now, my issue still hasn't been fixed.

Wow, guys, I'm so excited! I just got my Jam Tarts Platform Boots from that awesome online store! They came all the way from the UK to my house super fast. I wore them to a concert and danced for hours on end without my feet hurting at all! They were seriously so comfortable, it was unbelievable. I am absolutely in love with these boots, they are totally worth every penny.

I bought this serum that was supposed to give me clear and balanced skin, but it actually made my skin super oily and gave me painful acne that took forever to go away. I left a bad review but it never got posted, and when I reached out to customer service they told me my skin was oily because it was too dry, and that acne is normal. They said they didn't have any record of my review and wouldn't put it up. I really wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before buying. It was a really bad experience with the products and service. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
