CommunicationI had a real annoying time trying to unsubscribe from all those emails that just keep coming. Every time I tried to do it, I kept getting error messages. I bought a Christmas gift and didn't make an account, so I couldn't update my info. I have no idea how my email got on their list, but I've been trying for over a month to get rid of it.

CommunicationAs someone who has never even made an account with this company, it's really annoying to keep getting spam emails from them. Even though I didn't sign up for anything, I keep getting bombarded with marketing emails. It's even more frustrating that I can't even unsubscribe from these emails because I don't have an account. It's pretty disappointing and makes me think poorly of the company's marketing tactics.

Returns & RefundsHey, so I got this really awesome baseball cap from Fans Edge and I was so pumped when it finally arrived. But when I put it on, it was way too huge for my noggin! I was so bummed out because I absolutely adored the design. When I tried to return it for a smaller size, I couldn't find my order history on the website. The automated assistant wasn't much help, it just kept sending me in circles. And when I tried calling customer service, I was put on hold with no tunes or anything! It was so frustrating, all I wanted was to swap my cap for a smaller one. But then, out of the blue, this person named Morgan from Fans Edge replied to my review super fast and sorted me out. They sent me a return label and even waived the return fee. I'm stoked to get my new cap in the right size. Thanks a bunch, Morgan!

DeliverySo I ordered some awesome jerseys as Christmas presents and I was super excited to get them! But when I checked my order, only some of them were promised to arrive before Christmas. I tried to cancel the ones that weren't guaranteed, but the person in customer service told me I couldn't change it. It's not fair, they should let you cancel things that haven't even been shipped yet!

ServiceThe customer service at that company is just brutal! My account got hacked and someone used it to buy a fake gift card. I first tried using the chat, but all they did was open a useless case. Then I called and the support person couldn't even hear me properly to verify who I was. When I finally got through, she still couldn't fix it and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. So annoying!

Returns & RefundsWhen I found out my order wouldn't arrive in time, I tried to cancel it to avoid any problems. But there was no customer service number on the website, which made it really hard to do. The self-help tips didn't work, and the chat bot couldn't connect me to a real person. It took a lot of effort to find a contact number, and even then, the service wasn't quick like they said. It was a frustrating experience that could have been avoided if they had better customer service options.
