    Unwanted marketing emails

    As someone who has never even made an account with this company, it's really annoying to keep getting spam emails from them. Even though I didn't sign up for anything, I keep getting bombarded with marketing emails. It's even more frustrating that I can't even unsubscribe from these emails because I don't have an account. It's pretty disappointing and makes me think poorly of the company's marketing tactics.

    Resolution of order issue

    new baseball cap

    Hey, so I got this really awesome baseball cap from Fans Edge and I was so pumped when it finally arrived. But when I put it on, it was way too huge for my noggin! I was so bummed out because I absolutely adored the design. When I tried to return it for a smaller size, I couldn't find my order history on the website. The automated assistant wasn't much help, it just kept sending me in circles. And when I tried calling customer service, I was put on hold with no tunes or anything! It was so frustrating, all I wanted was to swap my cap for a smaller one. But then, out of the blue, this person named Morgan from Fans Edge replied to my review super fast and sorted me out. They sent me a return label and even waived the return fee. I'm stoked to get my new cap in the right size. Thanks a bunch, Morgan!

    Ordered jerseys before Christmas

    So I ordered some awesome jerseys as Christmas presents and I was super excited to get them! But when I checked my order, only some of them were promised to arrive before Christmas. I tried to cancel the ones that weren't guaranteed, but the person in customer service told me I couldn't change it. It's not fair, they should let you cancel things that haven't even been shipped yet!

    The customer service at that company is just brutal! My account got hacked and someone used it to buy a fake gift card. I first tried using the chat, but all they did was open a useless case. Then I called and the support person couldn't even hear me properly to verify who I was. When I finally got through, she still couldn't fix it and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. So annoying!

    When I found out my order wouldn't arrive in time, I tried to cancel it to avoid any problems. But there was no customer service number on the website, which made it really hard to do. The self-help tips didn't work, and the chat bot couldn't connect me to a real person. It took a lot of effort to find a contact number, and even then, the service wasn't quick like they said. It was a frustrating experience that could have been avoided if they had better customer service options.

    I recently bought some sports gear from this company and it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The ordering part was kind of confusing and it seemed like there were some wires crossed in the customer service team. Ruth was pretty good about keeping me updated on my order, but Alex dropped the ball and forgot to send me a tracking number. It made it tough for me to make sure I'd be around when the stuff showed up. That being said, both Ruth and Alex were way better to deal with than the other customer service reps I dealt with. Those VA's were useless and sometimes even rude. It took a whole week to fix things and get my stuff reshipped, which was way too long and frustrating.

    I recently ordered a Josh Allen figurine, but I ended up getting a little blue plastic man instead. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated by this mix-up, because I was really looking forward to getting the right item that I had actually ordered. I tried to get in touch with customer service through their live chat, but all I got were automated responses that didn't really solve my problem. I even tried reaching out through other channels, but it was hard to find a real person who could help me out. So now, I have to deal with my credit card company to sort this out. Overall, my experience with this company was quite negative, and I would advise others to be cautious when placing an order with them.

    Delayed Christmas order

    I just bought some Christmas gifts, but they haven't shown up yet. I ordered them on December 7th, thinking they'd be here by Christmas. Turns out, one thing is coming on time, but the other two won't be here until December 28th. I reached out to customer service, but they couldn't help me or cancel the order.     I just bought a Christmas jacket for my husband from this online store. But, the size chart they gave was wrong, so the jacket was way smaller than I thought. When I tried to return it within the 365-day return policy, I had a lot of trouble. The "Return" button was missing from the order details, and the live chat support wasn't answering. I waited on hold for almost an hour but still couldn't get any info on how to return it. My whole experience with this online store was super frustrating and disappointing.     I recently went through a pretty frustrating situation trying to return something. It took a bunch of tries and phone calls, but I finally got a hold of Ruth who really saved the day.     Cool jersey

    I got this really awesome jersey from here and I absolutely love it! The design is amazing and the material is super comfortable. I wore it to school and all my friends were so jealous. There were so many cool things to choose from in the store, it was really hard to pick just one. The best part was that Ruth helped me out when I was deciding on the size, she was so friendly and made sure I got the perfect fit. I'm really looking forward to buying more stuff from here!
