I was really interested in this brand because everyone always talks about how comfy and well-fitting their stuff is. So, I grabbed one pair just to see for myself before buying more. They did feel nice and fit well, but I was let down by how quickly they fell apart. After just ten washes, the stitching was coming loose and the fabric was falling apart. So annoying to have to toss them after only a month of having them!

Old high-end tripod part purchase

I sent them a photo and they got back to me pretty fast with a link to the exact part I was looking for. The best part was it only cost $18 and shipping was free! When the part arrived, I had no issues putting it on and now my tripod is good as new.
