    I signed up for this science magazine, Nature, and honestly, I'm pretty let down by what I'm seeing. The articles are not very well-written, don't really dive deep into topics, and feel like they were done in a rush. I was hoping for better from a big name like this.

    I recently bought some sports gear from this company and it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The ordering part was kind of confusing and it seemed like there were some wires crossed in the customer service team. Ruth was pretty good about keeping me updated on my order, but Alex dropped the ball and forgot to send me a tracking number. It made it tough for me to make sure I'd be around when the stuff showed up. That being said, both Ruth and Alex were way better to deal with than the other customer service reps I dealt with. Those VA's were useless and sometimes even rude. It took a whole week to fix things and get my stuff reshipped, which was way too long and frustrating.

    Flight folio purchase

    As someone who travels a lot, I'm always looking for good quality products that can handle being used all the time. The flight folio I got from this company went above and beyond what I expected. The leather is top-notch and the workmanship is really amazing. Every little detail, from the stitching to the design, is done with care. What I really like about this product is that the branding is subtle, making it look classy without being too flashy. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more in the future.

    Laptop malfunctioning within warranty

    After I bought a laptop from that company, it gave me so many problems. It ended up breaking less than a year after the warranty ran out, so now it's just sitting there useless. There wasn't any physical damage or weird software downloaded on it, but it just kept showing a blue screen and shutting down within minutes of turning on, even after I tried to fix it. The company wouldn't help me out at all, they wouldn't fix it or give me a new one. I was really let down by their lack of support.

    Misleading sizing, poor customer service, late delivery

    My experience with this company was a total nightmare, eh. The sizes of the stuff I bought were way off, even though they said online the measurements were accurate, eh. When I tried to swap the items or ask about what they had in stock, I just got confused and unhelpful answers, eh. The customer service was practically non-existent, since my emails were ignored and I couldn't get a clear answer about whether the products were available, eh.
