Quietly loving it

I was sceptical — use it at the kitchen table daily, feels solid, keys comfy, battery lasts

Surprisingly helpful

actually pretty solid.

Not flashy, just works

a bit bland and slow to boot. Used it daily for Amazon PPC tasks. Around week three it just handled everything. Pretty happy now.

Three Lenovos, mixed feelings

Not great at first, but I’m not totally annoyed. Bought mine after a coworker suggested it. Fast battery drain, noisy fans and screen marks. Support helped, so it's usable now.

Late delivery, mediocre support

works fine, a few small glitches. Customer service was slow to respond.

Fast delivery, weird return

Package arrived faster than I thought, which helped, but the all‑in‑one wouldn’t connect and returning it got messy — they wanted the Lenovo box and I’d already tossed it. Customer service was confusing, I called twice, but I’m glad I bought an HP that works for daily work and the kids.

Late start, decent finish

I almost didn't order this — shipping was already delayed and I was skeptical, especially since I needed something for my bad lower back before a move. Customer service was slow, took ages to reply, but the thing actually helps, so my doubts mostly went away, weirdly.

Mixed feelings here

Honestly, not for me — I expected better. I liked the screen, though. I first saw this Lenovo on a coworker’s desk and a friend even tipped me to buy it, but my brand-new work laptop bought Feb 25 was never right. Had to send it back twice within three weeks. Support tried, but it’s been unreliable, so I wouldn’t pick this for work.

Laptop's fine, support not so much

I liked the laptop itself — it's been great for work and taking notes on the go. But the box arrived without the charger and the Lenovo pen listed in the specs, so that was a pain. I rang customer support and they said tough luck, return it if you want. I asked for a small discount to buy a pen — no dice. Delivery was okay but service was weak.

Rough start, settled later

not a smooth buy, but it did get sorted in the end — so I'm mixed. I ordered about six weeks ago and at first it felt like a black hole: no delivery, no clear updates. First impression was slow and a bit sketchy, customer support felt distant, lots of scripted replies. I kept poking them, kept pushing, and after annoying back-and-forth I finally got the refund. Still not ideal, but it's resolved now.

Good screen, poor support

I almost didn’t buy this. I needed a screen for remote work, photo editing, and I’d had a bad warranty so I was wary. Setup and picture were fine. After a few weeks the backlight started to bleed bad. I tried to open a ticket on the website — it wouldn’t load. Called support; an automated voice said the office was closed, then the call dropped. So I’m stuck with a panel that has a big flaw.

Not perfect but surprisingly solid

I'm actually fairly happy now, even after a rocky start. Bought a Lenovo gaming laptop, it hammered during games and crashed a lot, so they swapped it for a newer unit. At first I was skeptical, black screens and browser freezes still popped up, but after a few updates and tweaks it's stable for daily gaming, work and streaming. Would recommend with a grain of caution.

Mixed feelings, mostly good

quiet fans, keyboard feels nice when I'm typing for hours, screen is bright for shows. I use it for editing and, well, binge-watching after work. Delivery was messy though — one box went to the wrong address and support was slow, I had to file a PayPal claim. A bit annoying, but the laptop itself? I'm actually pretty happy.

Weird warranty decision

their assessment didn’t make sense. Customer service wasn't helpful on the phone. Other firms I've used honoured similar claims without fuss. After I paid a fee they returned it and it mostly works, though it still freezes sometimes. Dryly put, the repair was quick but their blame-the-customer line felt shady. Not a disaster, but I won’t be buying from them again.

Not ideal, but it worked

it wasn’t smooth, but in the end I’m relieved it worked well enough for my trip. I spent over seven hours on a flaky display, bounced between support teams and got canned, repetitive replies — even though I had clear evidence early. They dragged their feet for weeks, so I bought a spare laptop before going overseas. Support felt disjointed and slow, but at least I made the trip.

A bag and a mini-adventure

if they change delivery, check the drop point early — saves a wasted day.

Light, fast, and annoyingly tied to stuff I didn’t ask for

slim, strong, top spec. First surprise: the keyboard is actually really nice. Typing felt good, I almost forgave them. Then the annoyance kicked in. It arrived with an app I explicitly didn’t want and, weirdly, I can’t remove it. Okay. I also paid extra for the 24/7 premium support because, hey, late-night work happens. Two hours on the phone later I was shuffled like a hot potato between agents and told there is no 24/7 support for my machine, despite buying the plan. Not great. Now I’m stuck deciding whether to return it and waste more time or file a complaint. If you’re picky and travel a lot, the hardware might win you over, but be ready for surprises on the software and support side. Oh, and record your calls. Just do it.

Doorbell bingo with Lenovo

I wouldn't order straight from Lenovo again — the delivery headache wasn't worth it. I saw the laptop on Lenovo's site during a lunch break and a coworker actually tipped me to buy direct to get the best config, so I did. Lenovo picked UPS as the courier (I never would have) and I spent four days waiting at home, refreshing the tracking like it was the playoffs. UPS missed delivery repeatedly and updates were vague, then I emailed Lenovo and got polite but useless replies — no real help, no escalation. Felt annoyed and a little drained. I tried calling too, which was a waste. If you're picky about delivery, think twice.

Not what I expected, but glad I kept records

I'm actually glad I bought the ADP add-on — not because Lenovo made things easy, but because having the paperwork showed me where things went wrong and let me push back. I bought Lenovo Premium Care Plus with ADP in Canada a few months back; at checkout it looked like sensible peace of mind and my first impression was: this is worth it. I only needed it after an accidental water spill — support first told me in writing that the depot had opened a replacement under ADP. Then, out of the blue, higher-ups denied the claim saying a bathtub isn’t a “normal working environment.” That directly clashes with ADP’s own terms that list liquid damage. I saved all chats and emails, and honestly that documentation is the only reason I feel confident sharing this. I’ve filed complaints with consumer protection and posted my case online. Not the pleasant experience I hoped for, but I’m thankful I kept everything and that the community and authorities are now aware.

Delivery date that kept moving

not getting the laptop, sure, but having the money held up after I cancelled feels wrong. I’ve had worse from small sellers, but I expected better from a bigger outfit. Won’t count on them for anything time‑sensitive.
